I’ve tried to publish several times the content but after doing so, I go to the Content Portal and it doesn’t show any of the new recordings I’ve tried to previously publish. 

 

It seems as if, the Content Portal doesn’t change at all, and doesn’t add or remove anything that I do in ClickLearn Studio. 

 

 

This started happening since the new version came out.

after producing, did you select the newest version from the stack and chose “set as active version” ?

 

 


I’m having trouble with this also, and I’ve already confirmed what they suggested by having it as the Active Version. They still don’t show up.

I’ve already sent a request to support for help.  Haven’t heard back yet.


I see your ticket, i will have my colleague respond to it asap.


Michael contacted me and we got it figured out.  I wasn’t aware that I needed to go to the structure and drag the files into the proper folder.
