In ClickLearn Studio, when your recordings appear with red text, it indicates that they are inaccessible. Several reasons may lead to this, such as loss of internet connection or the files being moved or deleted from your Administrative portal.
If you're familiar with the Administrative portal, you can locate the recordings and utilise the "recover lost files" feature to retrieve them. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@clicklearn.com where a member of our Support team will assist you.
