Hi
I need to screen share with colleague while they de-install Outlook Client and capture within ClickLearn. Will I be able to do this and which App is the best to use to capture these steps?

Hi JMP,
I am not entirely sure from your description what your scenario is exactly. If you want to record with ClickLearn, ClickLearn must be running on the same Windows Desktop, as the application you want to record. In your example, if you want to screen-share your computer while recording something on it with ClickLearn, and at the same time using a screensharing application to show and communicate with a colleague, there should be no problem in this. But your colleague cannot record a process on your computer, with ClickLearn on his own computer, even through the screensharing application. This is not supported. I hope this clarifies.
