Hi,

 

I have dynamics 365 on-prem, version 8.2.x.

 

My published assist and help portal search function is not working. see video: https://www.screencast.com/t/bOu9Li4hj

 

Is this a setting or is there something wrong with my solution?

Thank you for posting the video, it was a great help in identifying the issue. We had a look at your portal, and there is a recording with the “$” character in the recording name. If you remove this character, reproduce and publish the shelf, the search index should work again.

The recording in question is: Accounting (Basics)/Create Coupon (Discounts a $ amount)
