Hello ClickLearn-Community,

we got some questions about the Dashboard and the Tracking option:

  • Is it possible to individualize the content which is shown by the Dashboard?
  • Is it possible to limit / modify which users can see the Dashboard or can every author see it?
  • Is it possible to disable the users names which are shown in the Dashboard analysis?

  • The dashboard is not customisable directly within the portal, but you can use Power BI to create your own custom dashboard. You can follow the guides below for more details:

  • All authors created in ClickLearn Studio will have access to the dashboard.

  • At this time, there is no built-in functionality to display content users as anonymous directly within the tracking data.

    However, as an alternative, you can leverage the OData feed. By parsing the data into a tool like Power BI, you can transform or anonymise the relevant columns as needed to ensure user anonymity.
