For each project, under its settings you can specify the production template.

Once you have defined your template, you can use this template in order projects using the import feature.

You can find the correct button here:

The ‘Add new configuration’ will allow you to specify a new template.

The templates can be applied to the full project, or to individual parts while building your structure.

Is there a way to apply a template to recordings in other projects?

hi @cindyb-capstoneridge you can import templates across projects and this way apply them to your recordings in a specific project when you are initially creating it.

Currently it is not possible to import templates across existing projects, but only import them into new projects during its creation phase.

I will suggest this to our dev team, so in the future you will be able to import across existing projects.
