Hello all! I record with ClickLearn on my laptop, and sometimes I noticed that many or none of my clicks were recorded, but keyboard input were. It recently occurred to me that in at least a couple of those cases, I was using my touchpad instead of the mouse to click items. Has this happened to anyone else?

One of our authors uses the touchpad primarily and noticed a similar issue . Our laptops have touchpads with buttons above and below. When she used the click button below (I think) it would record correctly, but using the button above would not.
I wonder if this is the same thing you are experiencing.

Awesome Kylie - very good approach if you have such a laptop.
If you don’t, you can use an external USB mouse :)
