I am attempting to use a mailto URI for the Portal Help link in the Publishing Template. It seems to only accept web addresses…
Am I missing something? I’d rather not create a seperate web-form just to send an email.

Thank you for posting your question. It is currently not possible to use “mailto:” link in the publishing template portal help link property. However, you can add an email option using the external reference in the structure editor, as shown in the example below.
If you’d still like to see this functionality in the publishing template, may I kindly as you to please consider posting a feature request here:
