Yes, if you go into the publishing template section, you can switch the various outputs on and off. One of the formats is called Windows Video which will produce .mp4 files for each instruction you include.

A note of warning: Windows Video can take a long time to produce compared to the other formats, and you cannot make them interactive like the “Try-me” video output.
