We are recording clicklearns but if the small windows icon appear during the IFS recording the the assistent fails upon replay and all other clicklearns also fails if such recording is uploaded to the hub. Have anybody seen the same and what is our workaround? Examples of times where the window icon apears during the cliecklearn recording is some field or scrolbars within the IFS application.

The IFS Assist is executed as a web application, therefor your recording must not include any windows steps at all.
For the scroll bars, you don’t need to record scrolling - clicklearn will scroll automatically if it cannot find an item within the visible frame.
