Whenever I produce the written materials using Click Learn, the table of contents is not detected and does not show in the produced material. Please help.

Go ahead and contact us at support :)
I expect the issue is that you have added your own word template, which does not have the place holder Styles that is expected - but we will see on the call.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. It is not a known issue that I know of, and we therefore need to ask for more information. Could I kindly ask you to please reach out directly to our support team, and they will help you resolve this.

In general, the table of content is generated by your Sections and sub-sections in your recordings.
If you have no sections, you will not get a table of content.
