Will ClickLearn Attain support resolutions higher than full-hd, such as 4K?
The short answer is yes!
However, the requirements for supporting 4K resolutions is not as easy as you might think. It requires certain UI design changes, which would be a fairly straight-forward task to complete. But on top of that, it also requires that we transition ClickLearn Attain to .Net Framework 4.0. This requires a complete upgrade of UI components, which is a considerable development effort. Currently, we are focusing on providing a feature-complete ClickLearn Attain for March 1st, 2021. But rest assured, support for 4K resolutions is on our roadmap to be developed and delivered after March 1st.
In the meantime, your best option is to set a max resolution of 1920x1080 and Windows scaling at 100%. If you still get small icons in ClickLearn, sign-out of Windows and back in again, and restart ClickLearn.
