Dedicated CSM

From your very first interaction with our product, one of our Customer Success Managers will be following your every step of the way, helping and sharing best practice input and relevant experience from our past customer implementations. Our experienced CSM team all have backgrounds in training and tech, and have themselves previously in their careers met many of the same challenges that drive customers towards user adoption platforms.

Online project overview and collaboration

While some customers work in intense projects with very short deadlines, for others ClickLearn implementation comes at a later stage. As part of the implementation support your CSM can design and share a custom implementation plan in our online PM platform “Asana”, invite relevant project team members, which can then assign tasks with deadlines, and interact directly with their CSM from within the platform, providing everyone with a clear overview of implementation status and progress.
