Microsoft is currently reporting a major incident affecting all their Azure service regions. As a result ClickLearn online services are also affected. Customers can follow the development of this incident here and with Microsoft at Microsoft 365 Service health status (

Services which may be affected during this incident:

  • ClickLearn Studio (authoring application)
  • ClickLearn ContentCloud (published content, all formats)


EDIT: As of 25 Jan 2023 12:44:01 GMT Microsoft is reporting all services are again back online.
