Microsoft is currently reporting a major incident affecting all their Azure service regions. As a result ClickLearn online services are also affected. Customers can follow the development of this incident here and with Microsoft at Microsoft 365 Service health status (office365.com)

Services which may be affected during this incident:

  • ClickLearn Studio (authoring application)
  • ClickLearn ContentCloud (published content, all formats)

 

EDIT: As of 25 Jan 2023 12:44:01 GMT Microsoft is reporting all services are again back online.
