I am wondering if there is anyone who has experience with recording basic instruction videos in 1 language and replayed it from there into more than 10 languages? If so, how did your internal organization looked like and how was it set up? So did you have a central team, or multiple authors who lokalized the training material in own language, etc?
if there is any one who would want to exchange experience, I would very much appreciate it.
