PCL Construction plans to develop ClickLearn content for several different applications including Microsoft D365FO, SalesForce, and custom Web Apps.  These applications are used by internal professional users, external partners (subcontractors, consultants) as well as hourly trade workers.

The Microsoft D365 application is 95% custom and currently has over 1500 internal / 2000 external users of the application.  We are converting over 400 existing knowledge articles and 25 Classroom Training topics into ClickLearn with multiple content contributors collaborating.  Further, we expect to publish this content to the Clicklearn cloud via multiple Shelves that align to each primary audience.   We have developed a first cut at our best practices guide and hope to share questions and feedback from our experience going forward.

BE-terna (~800 employees) is developing ClickLearn content for different branches and different people.

We provide Business Central365(NAV)/DFO ERP-Systems especially for the fashion branch and retailors. We have our standard processes and some authors are producing ClickLearn-documentations for new employees to introduce them to the standard processes. We also provide ClickLearn documentations for customers about their new ERP solution. Currently ~10 ERP-projects are documented by the ClickLearn software.

As BE-terna is growing internationally our other/new locations are also facing the problem “How to document their NAV/DFO ERP or CRM solution?”. More and more colleagues even from other branches (automotive, energy or craft…) are interested in the software and the feedback about the ClickLearn Software is positive. At the Moment we have around 30 authors and producing ClickLearn-documentations mainly in German. It will be a big issue in the future to create multilingual training material as well.

I am looking forward to the exchange with the other ClickLearn users and think that everyone will benefit from it

New View Strategies uses ClickLearn for many things including internal process documentation, however our latest project has been compiling ClickLearn booklets to go along with our classroom training that we host for NAV and Business Central.  The purpose of these booklets is to reinforce the concepts that we are teaching with general navigation and functionality.

This documentation is custom to the way we use the system, since there are so many different ways of accomplishing things in NAV/BC.  It will be nice to be able to break down each step exactly as we are teaching it, and have something for students to take home with them once the training concludes.

Looking forward to connecting with everyone and seeing how companies are making use of this awesome tool!

QGate Software Ltd uses ClickLearn in a variety of different ways. We use it to produce documentation for our own ISV solutions as well as for internal training and onboarding scenarios.

We also use ClickLearn to support our clients with generic content for new systems as well as offering content creation and authoring services for bespoke and customised instances, mainly focused on CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Infor CRM and others.

On top of this we offer support to our partners helping them to produce content for their users in a structured, easy to follow format that comes so naturally from the ClickLearn way.

Plante Moran was looking for a way to provide on demand training for staff in a variety of formats for our CRM system.  It was a daunting task to update all the training documents, videos etc each time a change or upgrade was done.  ClickLearn allows us to set it up one time and update as our versions update pretty seamlessly.

We are working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and we develop and produce medicines. In the pharma industry, Computer System Validation is a big part of our work. For every change first requirements need to be documented. Then the specifications which will be used. Then it needs to be tested if these specifications work as expected and if the requirements are met. And also this has to be documented with prove that the test worked as expected. Before the change can be used, a new work instruction has to be created.

In this process Clicklearn saves a lot of time. Work instructions are made very easily. And in our test we don’t explain anymore step by step what to do, we just point out to the work instruction. The prove that the test was successful is recorded also with Clicklearn. It is easier and much better than before.

We use it for training our staff on features and functionality for MS D365.

Our current and newest project using ClickLearn is to build out our training workshops with documentation, powerpoints and video content using ClickLearn to help us provide professional and uniformed content.

Another area we are working on is creating our test scripts to hand off for end-user testing on modifications and projects.

We purchased ClickLearn because we had no structure for training either in documentation or personnel.  Yes, we could have used Word to produce step by step documentation, but we would not get all the other cool things that ClickLearn offers.  I have produced 27 recordings for our Customer Service and Sales teams, and have trained 2 others on how to use the tool as well. for the applications they use.  We recently purchased a company in Australia and we need to migrate them to our ERP and eventually CRM.  Having these tools would mean we don’t need to go there (especially since we can’t right now) yet still be able to keep our project timelines in place.

The biggest project that I’ve used ClickLearn for is the Social Security Board of Belize. They have just over 200 employees and I would say maybe 95% of what we’re doing for them in CRM is customised work. Before ClickLearn, creating training manuals was a long and tedious process involving lots of screenshots and numbered lists with instructions.

My client’s HR Director has given wonderful feedback about the ClickLearn training videos They use the content often for both on-boarding new employees and refresher training for other staff. She noted increased engagement amongst users and they even reached out to us to find out about using ClickLearn for their internal training. They especially enjoyed choosing the voice for the videos :-)

We are in the early stages of an IFS Apps 10 upgrade and want to build out training materials for the users, improve onboarding and training for new hires and use screenshots to develop an SOP library for our company. I also understand there are some automated testing capabilities with clicklearn? Is this mostly for regression testing? Is anyone taking advantage of this functionality?

We’re creating a learning library for Business Central that will be available to our customers as a supplement to our implementation training, and to help on-ramp our young talent coming through our university recruitment program.

We already have a library of 30+ “books” and growing.

We use ClickLearn internally at QGate for onboarding new employees on our products intelli-CTi and Paribus 365. However, we also use ClickLearn externally by creating bespoke training content for their users of Microsoft products and ISV solutions, as well as offering a range of other services 😁

We want to use clicklearn internally for documentation of our ISV solution. Next to that, we hope that customers start using clicklearn for documentating their e-Con models.

With ClickLearn we create our training materials for the roll-out to Microsoft Dynamics 365 inside Georg Fischer Piping Systems. Besides the training material for the live trainings our users have a full library with the knowledge of the training to reread and even more insights. Also for new employees it shall be the area where they find all the necessary information for CRM.

Currently, we are updating the content to the Microsoft Wave 1 release and doing 7 translations of all the content. This needs already a lot of time, but I do not want to think about how much time it would cost me without ClickLearn :)

We are using ClickLearn tool for us to manage work instructions that will be used for onboarding. Moving forward with the help of ClickLearn learning the process will be easier and effective.

As of now we are utilizing ClickLearn in creating work instructions and the possibility of using it as an automation tool in the future.

We are documenting all of our business processes within our IFS APPS 10 environment covering everything from Setting up employee records to processing Shipments and Invoicing.

The key for us with ease of access has been dropping the portal links into shortcuts within IFS so that all material can be accessed within the IFS Application itself.

We use ClickLearn to document all of our business processes with IFS Apps 9. We have complex order entry and shipment requirements that ClickLearn was able to present in a very user friendly manner. We have the links directly integrated in the IFS menu

I am working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. We develop and test product dedicated to support building and construction business. The documentation is a part of my work and to support the process of its creation we would like to utilize ClickLearn as much as possible to save the time and equip our stakeholders and customers with user friendly documentation to let them learn easily and fast our product.

I can see more possibilities to utilize the ClickLearn depending on the business needs.

We will soon use ClickLearn to create document with D365 Business Central.  For now I don’t have anything to share yet

We used ClickLearn to document all of our IFS processes. My area of responsibility was mostly Manufacturing. We trained 100+ employees in 8 manufacturing lines over the course of 6 weeks. Users found it easy to learn from and continue to use it today, 1 year after launch.

We use clicklearn to create and produce training material for our new Learning platform :-)

Restek used ClickLearn through the implementation of IFS Apps 9. This product allowed our team to document their processes quickly and professionally. After the documentation was created, we were able to handle the training material over to the end-users to have a professionally looking user guide that took our users from A-Z. In the future we look forward to growing with IFS and ClickLearn, the tool is a great addition to our company’s applications.

New installation of IFS Apps 10. We are using ClickLearn for user training in all areas. We are also going to use ClickLearn to capture the third party add on software that will be used with IFS Apps 10.

Longer term our HR dept will be evaluating ClickLearn as part of comprehensive global knowledge capture/transfer tool.

As a Quality Leader for a manufacturing company with little documentation we were looking for a solution that would help us quickly develop professional looking documentation that we could use to support our processes.  ClickLearn has proven to be that solution.  We are using it to document processes and then use that documentation in support of our QMS and for onboarding and other training.
