I have only used Clicklearn to produce and upload our recorded content to our SharePoint for our users to learn the processes.

In the future we will use Clicklearn to create how to instructions that can help our users with learning the systems/applications that we use.

We are an electricity G&T (generation and transmission) coop and our ClickLearn use-case will be to document business processes as they apply to IFS Apps 10. We also hope to utilize ClickLearn for many of our other software assets in order to refine how we onboard, train and promote staff within all facets of our operations.

We have barely scratched the content surface for using ClickLearn at our organization. We are looking forward to creating content and  expanding the use of the product in 2020!

As a CRM Business Analyst for Thermo Fisher Scientific, I will be converting old training material to ClickLearn.  In doing so, we will include the new features that we have developed.  I also plan in creating books to for the user community to educate on business process and practices.  My stretch goal is to use ClickLearn for test script automation.

We’re using ClickLearn to create documentation/ videos for our users of Dynamics 365. I have yet to actually use ClickLearn myself, but I’m looking forward to it.

We use ClickLearn for D365 and I am interested in learning how others use ClickLearn in their manufacturing databases - MFG Pro, QAD, etc.

Our company (Davey Tree Expert Company) has been using Clicklearn for the past year while migrating our CRM product from CRM 2011 to the new CRM365 platform.  Currently I will be working on utilizing Clicklearn to create additional documentation as we move to the new UUI that Microsoft is moving to.

I attended the Clicklearn 2020 Virtual Conference today to get a better understanding of how our company will be able to utilize Clicklearn to the fullest extent of its capabilities.

Thank you Clicklearn for putting on the Conference today and rest assured I will be contacting some of you for some assistance as our company moves forward with some of the features with the program.

Open Door Technology Inc. has many Apps now for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Currently my main focus is the testing and all documentation for the ODT Rentals 365 for NA.

With 2 releases every 6 months, containing new features and enhancements, the User Help I have created using Clicklearn has grown to over 1200 pages.

And right now I am working on updating the User Help for our latest ODT Rentals 365 release, published by MS on Tuesday.

We use the Clicklearn for all our 10 Apps for Business Central.

At PPC Partners, Inc we will be using ClickLearn to develop microlearning, instructor led virtual training and self-study materials for the implementation of an IFS ERP solution. We are just getting started, so the timing with the Community is just right to allow me to interact with other more experienced users.

For a project to upgrade our current IFS Apps9 to Apps10, we are using ClickLearn to document our work instructions and training materials. We are also using ClickLearn Record & Replay to test our specific scenarios and to determine significant differences between Apps9 and Apps10 so that we can determine what to focus our training on. Finally, we are planning to use Automated Process Testing (APT) to test multiple end-to-end scenarios spanning all modules and areas of IFS that are being used. We plan to build a repository of tests that can be automatically run to more efficiently regression test IFS updates and upgrades in future.

Would love to hear from any of the community about their experience in using ClickLearn for testing and more specifically APT.

Currently, our CRM system is documented in Word and has been static for a few years now. I have no idea if the documents are being used. I refer users to them but don’t get any feedback, which probably means nobody is looking at them! We are migrating to the Unified Client Interface shortly so we will need to redo all the training docs. Welcome ClickLearn!

We’re using CL classic for our IFS implementation.  CL is amazing!  We are publishing to OneDrive and have seemed to figure out almost everything just using this community website, videos, and a handful of help tickets.
