A followup question @Per ...When we want to deploy ClickLearn products we created for a client within a client’s CRM, are we able to provide the client what they need to install it, or does ClickLearn company have to assist?  You refer to it as the “solution” but not clear what exactly this is.

if you visit your portal /CrmHelp you will find the deployment guide for CRM.

for example:  https://yourcompanydomain.portal.us.clicklearn.com/CrmHelp

 

If you are deploying for your internal organization (Corporate license) then the guide will do.

If you are deploying documentation on a customers CRM system for documentation for your CRM customization for example,. then you can have them install the solution according to the guide, but link to your CRM Inside Help deployment. To grant them access, i can recommend these two videos for inspiration:
