Your organisation name is required to log into ClickLearn Studio. As a general rule, it will not contain a space.
You can find it in your license email similar to the one below.
You can also find it in the URL of your organisation’s ClickLearn portal. Eg https://organisaitonname.portal.us.clicklearn.com/
