Is there a setting I can change to reflect a revision number anytime I make a change to a document? and some type of revision control where if needed, I could still see the previous revisions?
Hi
In ClickLearn Classic there are a few things you can do to accomplish this.
What i suggest is that you use the meta data field for revision, and make it visible on the word and powerpoint. It is visible on the webpage by default, so you don’t need to make any changes for that.
Please see this video regarding the use of metadata:

In order to have multiple versions of the same recording (revisions) then you can use file and save as to save a new unique copy of the recording. In this copy, you can then change the revision number.
