Last week we fixed an issue which occurred when recording any webapps in the latest version of Google Chrome, where screenshots would not be captured, or would be completely off. Unfortunately Google made a new release recently, which re-introduced the issue. Our developer team is currently working on a fix to come out with the next release of ClickLearn. As soon as the fix is completed, we will initiate the release process.
As a work-around, you can use the (chromium-based) Microsoft Edge browser. Remember you need to install the ClickLearn Chrome connector.
UPDATE NOV 11 10.30am CET:
Our team has been unable to replicate the issue, and apart from one colleague reporting the issue yesterday, we have not heard from any customers facing this issue. If you have problems recording webapps on Google Chrome browser, please contact our support desk.
