Feature spotlight: Numbering in recording template

Hi, what if we need to manually add in an asset from a Text Block (we are using a screenshot of Outlook) - this doesn’t get numbered because it isn’t actually a step but we would like the ability to have all items numbered. Can this be done?Thanks Penny

Hi Patti @pcatalano - we ended up using Power BI to generate some dashboard reports, luckily for us we have a Power BI expert in our organisation. I have asked my colleague to post more about what this involved. Thanks Penny

Thanks Morten, I need to try this because one of our users has suggested that the Test Me video had moved on without a click but they must have been mistaken.Also I wanted to say “thanks” for always being so responsive to my questions :-)

Hi we had set up and started to use adding &t=showme to the url which was working perfectly.This now no longer works - and the when you click the icon from the learning portal you are taken straight back the learning portal home screen.Please can you make this work again.Thanks Penny

Hi,thanks for your prompt response, but I feel like I am still missing something because I cannot get the Download Full Portal button to appear.I have added segments and selected them and re-published, I have watched Morten’s video on segments and still the button does not appear. What am I missing here ?See attached screenshot of my shared portal.Many thanks Penny

Import a word document

Hi, so it looks like the Word doc can only be inserted as a whole doc, but what I actually want to do is to create a series of images (screen shots) from a recording that was made. If I tell you the steps that I did perhaps you can advise.Recorded a session with a userStepped through the recording and screenshotted the various actionscopy the screenshots into PowerPoint and then add boxes/highlights etcResult was a powerpoint slide deck with 17 slidesI then want to upload these slides into ClickLearn and import them into an existing recordingI can do this by selecting one slide at a time from the uploaded PowerPoint file but cannot select all of the slides to import into existing recording.Am I missing something or is this the only way to do this?Thanks Penny

Thanks for that, I was also trying to add a PowerPoint but could only load one slide at a time. So I may try changing it to a Word Doc. I appreciate your help :-)

Recording ClickLearn

Thanks for this response, I have used the CTRL Shift R to record what was on the screen, but I didn’t capture all of the steps. Now I am stuck going back into the recording to edit it, because adding steps after just goes into usual ClickLearn recording method. Does this make sense?Thanks Penny
