- Close all running applications except for the one you are recording, and ClickLearn Studio.
- Check your system is compatible with minimum system requirements (http://chilp.it/ddc3663).
- Check you have the latest version of ClickLearn installed (Help->About + installation link).
- Make sure to use your ClickLearn credentials to sign in to ClickLearn, to enable cloud services.
- Search the community for content related to your issue.
After completing these steps, check and verify the issue is still there.
