Tips for troubleshooting

Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to complete prior to reporting your issue to our support desk.

 

  1. Check your display scaling is set at 100% (http://chilp.it/bf833dd).
  2. Close all running applications except for the one you are recording, and ClickLearn Studio.
  3. Check your system is compatible with minimum system requirements (http://chilp.it/ddc3663).
  4. Check you have the latest version of ClickLearn installed (Help->About + installation link).
  5. Make sure to use your ClickLearn credentials to sign in to ClickLearn, to enable cloud services.
  6. Search the community for content related to your issue.

 

After completing these steps, check and verify the issue is still there.
