Dynamics CRM whole screen capture only

I am having an issue in my recordings in Dynamics CRM where I can only capture the outer window, not the individual fields.  I put in a support ticket but wondered if anyone on here could help me in the meantime so I can work over the weekend.

This sounds like an issue, that is related to Windows configuration on your system. Please contact our support desk and they can assist you to get this fixed.

Hello Per,

 

I have been using ClickLearn since November with no issues until Friday.  Support asked me to update the Extension and the Native Messaging Host, both of which I did and now it appears to be working again.

Well, I spoke to early.  I can now get the green highlight around my individual fields, but they are not being recorded.  I’ve refreshed my browser, cleared my cache, closed the application and restarted it.  Same results.  Any other suggestions?
