About me:
I am Lucia and I'm part of ClickLearnsince January 2019. I was involved in our Sales and Marketing teams before, and right now I’m working in our Customer Care departmentwhere my main responsibility is to help make this Community successful. I’m an outdoor lover living in Copenhagen, Denmark, and among my favorite activities are mountain hikes (impossible in Denmark, but my home country Slovakia has a lot to offer), soaking up some vitamin D and sea (although there are not that many sunny days in Denmark..), and hanging out with friends and the closest ones - who can brighten up even the darkest Scandinavian days!

Hi, I am Per - I have been with ClickLearn since early 2017 and I head our Customer Care teams from our offices in downtown Copenhagen!
Me and my family are pretty typical for Scandinavians I would say. We live in Copenhagen - Denmark, and have a small but cosy summer house deep in the forest in Sweden. At home, I enjoy relaxing in my garden in the summer, or teaching my two kids cross-country skiing in Norway, during the winter. I am also pretty enthusiastic about supporting the local football team, and hardly ever miss a home game.
I am really excited to see our community take shape!
Hi, I am Peter and I have worked with ClickLearn since September 2018 as Customer Success Manager.
I have had the pleasure to speak at several conferences around the world. I work daily with user adoption, especially documentation and user journeys.
I enjoy scuba diving, cycling, rowing, work in the garden, playing with my daughter and travel with my family. I really appreciate being a part of the Roskilde Festival. I thrive for the continuous development and creating experiences for Festival guests and at the same time being able to contribute to charitable purposes. My social network is large, and I really love spending time with my family and friends.
Hi, I am one of the “old hounds” here at ClickLearn and started back in September 2016 as the second employee in ClickLearn, as a Training Manager.
During my time here I have been doing demos, conferences and multiple training sessions, both pre-sales and for our customers all around the world. Throughout most of my career I have focused on training, user adoption and implementation of IT-projects.
When I am not at work, I spend time with my 4 kids or go running, cycling or playing skater hockey. I also enjoy imitating a carpenter and build stuff. My passions is 3D instinctive bow shooting and I actually was a Danish champion back in 2012 😊
I am really looking forward to interacting with our customers here in the community!

Hi, I am Morten and have had the pleasure of working at ClickLearn since early 2018.
My main role is within the ClickLearn support department, but often traverse with training and other customer care functions. I enjoy writing guides and doing video content for the community.
My sparetime i spend in my garden, by the ocean, in the kitchen, near a set of speakers, at the movies, or by the computer playing video games. I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Hi there! I am Christine, secretly a lover of yarn (pet the fluffy stuff!) and sunshine. My apocalyptic skill is knitting & crocheting but in the meantime I am one of the new kids on the block with ClickLearn. I am a member of the Day One Team that opened the US office in Saint Petersburg, Florida in April, 2019.
I went to school to get a degree in Education and found my passion of being a Teacher of Technology (ToT)! Currently loving my career as a Customer Success Manager with an awesomely successful user adoption application known as ClickLearn. My main role is to present live, virtual demonstrations of our application to anyone that will stand or sit still long enough for me to tell them all about it (thanks to my CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer Plus - CTT+ - mad skills). I wear many hats that include creating helpful articles for our new community blog, providing support with reaching out to various user groups to showcase our system and attending conferences to get eye-to-eye with as many tech enthusiasts as possible to share knowledge & get feedback from you!
When I’m not stitching up a storm or strolling the aisles of any nearby craft fairs, I get a little faster and participate in 5K races (most of which are attached to charitable causes near to my ) then slow it down again to hang out in the backyard on my lanai with family & friends, watching the sun set over the beautiful Gulf waters of the Suncoast of Florida!

Hi everybody, my name is Jon Small and I joined QGate in April 2019 in order to explore a different career direction after 20 years working in education. After completing my degree at Portsmouth University in 1999, I completely diverged from my intended career path in photography to work with teenagers and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities in a variety of contexts, from support assistant to SENCO before moving into full time teaching. My focus was primarily on Maths, English and ICT much of which I taught to students in vocational areas such as construction, motor vehicle, hairdressing and animal cater.
From teaching in a mainstream college, I moved into the world of Offender Learning teaching an even wider variety of subjects including digital photography and imaging to the basics of offenders teaching their peers themselves. In my years in Offender Learning I worked my way up to Deputy Education Manager in a lifer prison and then the role of Education Manager in a busy, local prison, but after so many years behind bars i felt it was time for a change of direction.
My love of the visual arts, of teaching and learning, of technology and of working with people brought me to QGate, where I get to design, create and advise our clients and partners on training materials to support a wide range of systems. QGate began working with ClickLearn at the beginning of 2019 and my main focus since joining has been working with CRM customers to ensure their users have the best possible support and training resources.
Great to see the community up and running and really looking forward to being a part of it!
Hi Everyone and Welcome to our ClickLearn Community! I am a ClickLearn Senior Support Consultant and during my tenure of a little shy of a year, I have found it to be nothing short of rewarding. I truly love what I do.
A bit about me, I am a proud mother of two, a GiGi (aka Grandmother) and military veteran that keeps busy with my son, church and community.....there is no feeling like helping and serving others... even though I find myself exhausted by the end of the day.
Another known fact, is I enjoy spending time behind the lens of my cameras, photography and graphic design are my true passions. If I’m out and about you can count on me lugging my DSLR backpack with me and when I’m home I’m creating and searching YouTube for How To Videos.
Although I wore the military uniform for years my favorite print is CAMOUFLAGE……..go figure, some things you just can’t shake. If there is an opportunity to support the military and our veterans you can count on me being there!!
Hi everyone
My name is Tim and i am working for a NAV/DFO software provider in the eastern part of Germany. At the beginning only our department used Click Learn and now our colleagues in Austria and Croatia use it as well.
I have been using the ClickLearn software regularly for more than 2 years now. When surfing at home, it's a habit for me now to wait for the green rectangle to appear, even though I'm not at work. Crazy! :D
When I'm not working I travel a lot to different european cities , I am a passionate snowboarder and I like to meet friends - at the moment through Skype of course. .
I’m looking forward to a lively exchange here in the community.
Tim
Hey everyone,
I’m Kylie Kiser. I am with Ascensus and we have been using ClickLearn for just under a year. It has been really exciting to see how it has changed our whole approach to training!
We use it for training on our Dynamics 365 solution but hope to roll it out for other teams to use as well.
I live in Northern Virginia (near Washington, DC) where I lead our local CRMUG / D365 UG Chapter (www.CRMUG.com/Washington) and also blog a big at KylieKiser.com.
For fun, I enjoy eating and knitting. I hope to one day be able to leave my house again to go back to the beach!
Hey all!
Writing in from Wisconsin, USA. I work for New View Strategies, a Microsoft partner company, and we absolutely LOVE ClickLearn! It has completely changed the way we compile our internal documentation and training materials, and it has saved us so much time. I’ve used ClickLearn with both NAV on Prem and BC Cloud and get excited each time I learn new functionality.
Aside from work, I love traveling the world! I have been to 6 of the 7 continents and plan to cross the last one (Antarctica) off the list later this year in December. I like seeking out different types of adventures and visiting destinations that aren’t necessarily considered popular tourist destinations. If anyone has any recommendations of unique, beautiful places to visit, please let me know!
Looking forward to learning some new tips on here from you all!
Hey Gang.
Just started working with ClickLearn in the past few months. My client is PCL Construction and we have several different applications (D365FO, SalesForce, Web Apps) that require ClickLearn content.
The Microsoft D365 application is 95% custom and with over 1500 internal / 2000 external users of the application, user help and training materials are a big part of our world. We are converting over 400 existing knowledge articles and 25 Classroom Training topics into ClickLearn with multiple content contributors collaborating. How timely to be eliminating classroom training!
When not working I can usually be found training for biking, running or swimming events. Here is a picture from last summer’s 110 km MS ride where I agreed to wear a tutu during the ride in order to hit my fundraising goal.
Looking forward to sharing our experiences and working with everyone!
Mike
Hi there,
my name is Leonie, I work in Leipzig, Germany at the BE-terna GmbH. I started about a year ago in the department BE-Project. We provide a Microsoft Business Central solution for craftsman and an App called BE-Crafts. Most of my colleagues began to use ClickLearn to document individualised features. Since some of our customer also have ClickLearn, it’s a new way to exchange information. I’m currently working on the documentation of the essential features in our Business Central Solution.
BE-terna is using ClickLearn for more than two years now and we got authors in almost every department all around Europe.
To clear my mind, I hit the road and last summer I drove alone all the way from East Germany to the coast in Italy. I started to miss my colleagues, so I just visited the offices in Innsbruck, Austria – it was a Sunday, so nobody was there, but it’s nice to have a parking spot all around Europe.
I’m excited to learn about new possibility and how all of you are using ClickLearn.

Hi everyone,
my name is Anja and I work since one year for Georg Fischer Piping Systems as Community Manager. This is also the time since we used ClickLearn - so I started from my first day on using ClickLearn and like to explore all functions. We are currently rolling-out our company to CRM365 with over 1’000 users worldwide. Therefore, we recognised the big advantage with ClickLearn have the content available directly in the CRM and also to provide it in several languages. Especially, the LiveAssist is something our users love - we call him “Little George”.
If I do not work, I like to spend my time outisde in the nature for cycling, hiking, swimming or every other nature activity especially near the Lake of Constance.
Looking forward to learn more from all of you so that we can use ClickLearn in the best way.
Hello Everyone,
I’m Wilmar and I work as NAV specialist at HAL Allergy BV in Leiden, The Netherlands. Since we’re in the pharma industry we have a lot of documentation to do. First of all we need detailed work instructions for every process. And then the whole process needs to be tested. Very important with this testing is that it can be proved that everything is working as expected.
For all this we started with Clicklearn over a year ago. The quality of the work instructions improved. And testing takes a lot less time since we have Clicklearn as prove.
Looking forward to learn a lot more about Clicklearn from you all!
Cheers!

Greetings from Snowy Ohio! My name is Holly Kutil and I am privileged to be the Customer Care Manager at Innovia Consulting. We have the opportunity to use Click Learn with our own staff and our clients as well.
We have an Amazing Team of continuous learners and are currently working to expand our use of the Click Learn product.
Hi All, I’m Tina from Canby, Oregon, a small town in the suburbs of Portland where we manufacture pool deck accessories (Diving boards, slides, ADA lift chairs, rails, thermal covers, etc). We first learned about ClickLearn at the Dynamics Summit in Oct 2019. Our company didn’t have a training team, or any kind of training other than sitting with someone to show them how to do something. So when we saw this tool we were so excited. With our implementation of Dynamics 365 just a few weeks after Summit we immediately order our licenses and got to work. We had one small issue that we needed help with, and Tobias was great in helping to get us through it. So far everyone likes how easy it is to use, and how we are starting our library of training documents. I’m excited to learn more about the tool and how it can help us continue to grow.

Hello everyone. My name is Candace and I am from the beautiful, sunny twin-island country called Trinidad and Tobago. For those who may not know, we are the southern-most Caribbean country.
I have been working at Davyn, a Microsoft Gold partner company, as a Senior Business Analyst for almost 2 years and I have been creating training content using ClickLearn for just over one year. It really is an incredible tool for training and documentation. I also use it internally to create repro steps for testing. I look forward to becoming part of this community and learning more about the unique projects that other members are working on.

Hello ClickLearn Community! I’m Sam and I work for QGate in the role of Marketing Assistant, based in southern England. I’m fairly new to software given this is my first experience of the industry since I graduated from Lancaster University last July but like to think I have already learnt a lot!
QGate are the first authorised partner of ClickLearn in the UK and I feel very privileged to be associated with a company leading the way in elearning. One day I hope to meet Super User and ask him for some advice on how he makes lycra look so good!
Outside of work I play a lot of football and go to the gym often. Being half Scottish I support Celtic, so please no jokes at my expense from any FC Copenhagen fans here about losing to you in this year’s Europa league
