Is it possible to only offer the Test me recording, without displaying all 3 options of Test Me, Try Me or Show me?

Request from our business leads as we begin to show the team their new ERP System of IFS, if we could initially only provide the Try Me recording, and not all 3 options of (Show Me, Try Me, and Test Me).

Haley, Yes! you can control which of the video outputs you present by making changes to your recording template.  Recommend working with ClickLearn Support to ensure you have all the correct settings. Mike

Hi Hayley,

As Michael correctly mentioned above, you can make a template change request through support to modify your template to fit your new requirements. There are no costs associated as long as you have an active software maintenance agreement or active subscription with ClickLearn.

Hi Haley,

Use the below steps to remove the Show Me and Test Me recordings.

1.  Tools->Preferences->Templates->Recording Template

2.  Expand PROCESS INSTRUCTION

3.  Click on OBJECTORDER

4.  Remove JSV, (Show Me) and JSV_3 (Test Me) from the listed items below

BLOCKVIDEO,JSV,JSV_2,JSV_3,WMV,SWF,XAP,BLOCKEND,BLOCKDOWNLOAD,PDF,DOCX,PPTX,BLOCKEND,BLOCKASSIST,BLOCKTOC

5.  SAVE As

6.  Produce and/or Produce and Publish

NOTE: 

JSV  is the Show Me video

JSV_2 is the Try Me video

JSV_3 is the Test Me video
