image editor changes are not visible in the editor

Hi kramirez, It seems like your scaling is not set at 100 percent when you record your processes. Please go to your Display settings and set your scale to 100%, Now, you need to replay or re-record the recording to place the markings correctly. It is very important that the scale is always set to 100 percent when recording or replaying your processers.

How can I add our company logo to created ClickLearn documents?

Hi Christine,If you go to settings inside your project. Then you can choose the Publishing Template. Here on the right side, there is a dropdown named Identity. If you click on this, a field named Logo will appear and this is where you upload your company logo. Remember to save changes Now it will be your logo appearing where ever you used to see ClickLearn in your project. Here is also where you can change the color of your portal and font styles, and overall customize the entire look of your project to have your corporate look and feel.

Highlights entire screen unable to click on each step

Remember that when you close your browser it may not be completely closed. Unfortunately by default Edge and Chrome browsers keep running in the background. So go to setting’s in you browser and have that switch off.Chrome: Edge: Maybe also check in your Task Manager under Details, that they no longer are running.Chrome:Edge:

Inside Help Project but no Connectors available

Hi EzzyPidcock, The Inside Help project is only available for Microsoft Customer Engagement and Microsoft Business Central platforms. So only if you have one of these two connectors in your license configuration, will you be able to select a connector under this project type. I can see that your organization, does not have Microsoft CE or Business Central in your license configuration and therefore you can’t choose one.But let us know if you need to do any documentation for either platform.I hope this helps and answers your question. Publishing Report Error: Windows Video

Hi KLACHAPELLE,To turn on/off the Windows video it done in the publishing Template of your project.So, move to settings, then to publishing template, click on the Entity dropdown and beside the Windows video is a switch where you can control if it should be part of the publishing. I hope this helps.

Animation and Narrating

Hi MonaHodge,In Attain it is much more easy to do than in Classic.In your project you go to Settings, Publishing Template and then click on Entity Here you get a Drop down menu where you select Show-Me video, Playback and mark of Fastmode. now select Save Changes and go back and produce your project.Now you have a curser that will move while naration. You can also shortent the Transistion duration between steps. As default it is set to 4 seconds. This you can set to 2 seconds or 0 seconds, which of cause also will speed up the video. I hope this helps you.

Hi Carrie, First you need to enter the step of the annotated screencapture in your case dobble click on All Account Forms or the pencil: In the popup windo you go to Annotation editor: In this ney popup windo you choose the step you wish to edit an click on the 3 … and choose Edit. Now you can edit the text you need to edit.

Recording information from a Drop down box

Hi MonaHodge,That sounds like a good way. Because then you get the steps in the process, that will work in a replay situation. On top of how you will record the process, I would add text blocks in the Editor to describe for the end user what and why you are doing the process this way, and if there is another way to the same result I would properly also describe that. But that is of cause just how I would go about process descriptions.Kind regards, Peter.

Yes! that is certainly possible. Inside your project you shall go to settings and Publishing template: and then go to Entity: Portal and your options to include or exclude will apear.

Copy between recordings - Attain

Hi David,Yes! That is possible. You just mark up the steps you wish to copy, right click and choose copy. Then you move to the recording you want to insert the steps, mark where you want to insert the steps. Right click and choose insert after and paste. Hope this helps.

Hi trice602,You are very correct! The former books are now named sections and gives you unlimited levels to navigate through if that is you needs. And of course the former shelf is now the project.

The Workspace file, is controlling your templates. To get recordings in to your recordingslist, you need to go to File in the upper left of ClickLearn Studio and select open or just hit Ctrl+O and then import the recordings that he need to work with...

Hi KLACHAPELLE, In the Classic version of ClickLearn Studio this request is not possible.. but in our soon to be ready Attain version for ClickLearn Studio this feature is possible, so in the near future you can present that for your end-users.
