Our very own @Christine Eltz have created an educational session titled "How to engage Millennials in your D365 solutions". She is hoping to host the session at the free virtual DynamicsCon Conference running on March 16-18, 2021. DynamicsCon is a free annual conference focused on Microsoft Technologies, and created by the Microsoft user community, for the community. Hello all,Here is an important update on the development progress of ClickLearn Attain. As everyone else, we have had our battles with the global COVID-19 pandemic, and everything which has come along with it. It has unfortunately had a bigger impact on our productivity than we expected, and we have had to realign our expectations for finalizing ClickLearn Attain. The solution will remain under development and reach feature-complete status by March 1st, 2021. You can follow the development of Attain in our "developer diary" topic, where we provide insights into the new features under way.

We have reworked our application and given it a complete makeover. Have you ever wondered how other authors work with ClickLearn, how they style their training materials, or how they go about organizing their learning portals? Yesterday we facilitated the community’s first author meeting, the ‘Show & Inspire’ session, where ClickLearn authors from all around the world met and showcased their ClickLearn work. Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the discussion with great questions and feedback - and a special thanks to @Jonathan Small, @kyliekiser, @llockard, @Dan Madden, @Michael Foster, and @Anja Schmid who walked us through their learning portals and didn’t hesitate to share helpful tips and tricks on how they make the most out of ClickLearn. Google Chrome extensions has been updated. Connector for Microsoft Customer Engagement has been updated due to changes in the UCI interface which will fix replay problem on lists. Due to change in tables GUIDs in the way Microsoft handles this in CRM Support for Business Central Embed Apps added within a help project. Instead of just entering an Environment name you may additionally enter the URL. https://[application name].api.bc.dynamics.com. The two values must be separated by the pipe character, e.g. Environment|Url. Problem with Word and PDF production in NAV Help projects has been solved. Both formats now available and working in help projects deployed to a NAV help server IFS connectors for Apps 8, 9 and 10 has been updated to support dropdown list in grid cells correctly. Dropdown lists for certain items exceeding a limit threshold has been resolved. ClickLearn extensions for Microsoft Edge browser now available on AppSource. No need to go to the Chrome

Beta release of new IFS FSM Web connector. For now this requires you to install our Google Chrome extension in developer mode. Download it from here:https://apps.clicklearn.com/clGCconnector.zipSolved problem with ENTER key in produced portal search field. Hitting Enter in the search field will no longer clear the live searches done on a shelf / portal. Video control bar may now be moved below the actual video using the video argument controls=4 instead of controls=1. The video controls are added to the string in the recording template: Process Instriction / ASIDEOBJECT_JSV An extra tip: controls=2 will auto-hide the playercontrols, when unhidden they will overlay the screen just like controls=1 does. video controls for show me video (test me is JSV2 and tryme is JSV3)Problem with ClickLearn Assist ClickOnce in connection with Chrome recordings has been solved. Fixed connector for new version of Microsoft Edge. Fixed white space on dialog and assist positioning on wide fields in the web assistant. Fixed inline web assist for use on teams.microsoft.com. Problem with production of video when using the video assist image has been resolved. NAV Help production with zero size word document and missing PDF button has been solved.
ClickLearn release version 184.108.40.206 is out: New voice available for languages Bulgarian, Vietnamese, Slovenian and Croatian. MSS Voices. New neural voices available for languages English, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian and German. MSS new neutral voices. Example from English: MSS Neutral voicesPause problem in show me video resolved. You can again interact with the UI, use the mute button, full screen, pause, chapter navigation, and panning. IFS Apps 7.5, 8, 9 and 10 APT replay issue with project structure items and global replay data has been solved. ClickLearn now captures the “Name” value (typically as %4) where applicable, this will allow for APT processes used on tree and subtree creation and navigation. Basically, you can create a tree element in one recording, this generates a unique name that you store in your global-, recording-, or case values to use in the following recording in that book to interact with the newly created tree element.

Why now is the right time to get together.. With over 5,800 authors, using the ClickLearn technology, we have a large community, that we are looking forward to bringing together on this special day to share and discuss training with ClickLearn. The long-awaited ClickLearn Customer Community has been launched! The Community is a place where all ClickLearn users can learn more about ClickLearn, engage with their peers from other companies, submit feature requests and follow the latest developments in the product. The platform will be regularly populated with educational content, and customers will be able to find relevant information about the ClickLearn application, including guides, tutorials, FAQs, and best practices, but also find tips and tricks on how they could structure and manage different aspects of their projects to bring them to an successful end. The Community is now also becoming ClickLearn’ s primary support channel and serve users as a platform where they can ask questions and search for answers.
