Changes to Recordings

Hi,I've updated the title of my recording, but when I go to the structure, the new title isn't appearing. I removed the analyzer and tried again, but the updated data still isn't showing up.

Hi,Is it possible to have multiple saved published clicklearn material.We have different tiers in our workplace that require different information.EG: A tier 4 branch doesn’t require the same information as a tier 1 branch.

How to remove a heading or divider from Stucture

Hi,I have added one to many headings and dividers  in my structure, is there away to remove these?  I have gone to the cut but that doesn’t seem to do anything

Animation and Narrating

Hi,How do you make the animation faster so it’s the same as the narration.  It seems to be quite slow in between.I am using Clicklearn Attain.I had looked at Mortons Corner but I believe that was for Clicklearn Classic and I cannot see where this section is in Attain.

Recording information from a Drop down box

Hi, I am trying to record information from a drop down box just wondering what is the best way, example below- I enter the customers name then the drop down box apprears and I click on the customers name to enter the details on an order.  Thank you

Cropping Unwanted Data

Hi, is there an easy way of editing a scenario where you can take out information.  Eg: On the top of the screen it captures the browser which I don’t require, I have tried in the image area to crop but that doesn’t seem to work. Thank you
