I plan to publish the Click Learn videos as part of the training. I would like to know how to TRACK who has viewed the SHOW / TRY & TEST ME . Is there anything in Click Learn I can enable to track ? Hiya, how did you get on with your tracking? I also want to find out who has passed the test in my organisation but can’t work out which field in the Odata field would tell me that. It seems to track correct answers and video views but I can’t find any fields that definitively state if the user has passed or failed the test.
Hi Jenn, This is what ClickLearn sent me when I asked them what those fields mean.I’m still not quite clear on it as the table in the PDF for the int fields is a little confusing, but perhaps this PDF might make sense to you?I can’t work out which Odata fields are telling me if users have passed the test or not - that’s the main statistic I want, and I can’t see a clearly named field that would tell me that.Anyway, perhaps this PDF will be of use to you.
Update to add: I found the option to download a preview of the PDF in Settings / Publishing Template / PDFBut the button does nothing when I click on it. I also see the option “For each segment” but the PDF will only download the entire portal not the segment. If I’m viewing the portal on a specific segment URL and try to click the “download portal as PDF” button, it just errors and say the blob doesn’t exist. It looks like these two areas are perhaps bugged?
@Georgie I had the same instance happen for me in one of my projects. What worked for me to get access to the project in Attain was: Go to your ClickLearn portal ([Organization].portal.us.clicklearn.com) Click on the Recordings tab Open the Project, you will see a message saying the “file is checkout” Click on the ellipsis Select Undo checkedout Then, when I returned to the Attain application I was able to access again Hi Nickia, Thanks so much for sharing. I have done the first 3 steps but there isn’t a check in/out option or a “file is checked out” message on my portal unfortunately. :(
