When capturing a button function , example: Click OK, ClickLearn records the step as “Click on the button OK.”I would like to change the wording for this for all steps and not have to manually change each step.Can you tell me how to change it so ClickLearn records it as just “click OK” or whatever button name we are referring to?I only want this change to happen for any buttons that have to be clicked on.Lorie

We are currently using IFS v10 IFS Enterprise IEE and would like to configure & migrate Permission sets in IEEE to the users so they can use Aurena. Thus we need to setup projections.The Tech team are having challenges in going to each profiles permission set and Granting access to the projections one by one. For example we have a few users who only have 4 permission sets but they are Internal Audit and they have Read only access to all the objects. Our team has to go the the list under the projection tab and grant each object seperately which is time consuming.Any tips & tricks on how we can semi automate this process. We ae talking over 250 users which permission sets unqiue to each user.Any Manuals or videos on setting up Aurena would be appreciatedregardsGuss

HiI was wondering why, sometimes ClickLearn auto generates different types of text colors, for actions made in a recording in IFS?the actions are sometimes texted in black, red, green, yellow and blue - why is that and what does the different colors mean?Thanks in advance 

Hi In ClickLearn does it have any learning management capability, i.e., put a list of end users and what they need to run in ClickLearn as part of their training?

Can subtitles be modified in any way?  For example, font size, block size, block colour, block location etc…?

Hi again,When editing the recordings, there are instances I need to delete/remove the text from a recording and do not know how.  I have tried excluding from material content, deleting the text in full editing but when I preview the video, the text I wish to remove is still read out by the AI and it still appears visible.

Hello ClickLearn Community,  I currently have ClickLearn Studio downloaded with contents created. However, I need to download ClickLearn Classic in order to use it alongside with NAV.  How can I download ClickLearn Classic If making the switch, will the recordings be erased? Thanks a ton!

How can i share my created template with someone else? Now it's only possible to select your previous created templates. How can my colleague select/upload my recordingtemplate?  

We are currently using IFS with IFS Enterprise explorer and has created work instructions with that client.Going forward we will also introduce IFS Aurena in certains areas, can I replay existing work instructions and fetch screenshots from Aurena or am I forced to record all instructions from scratch in Aurena?

If a user is accessing an Assist through the ‘ClickLearn Chrome Assist’ browser extension, is there a way they can jump directly to the related recording on  the learning portal? (e.g. without having to open the learning portal in a new tab and find the relevant video) Scenario is they find the relevant Assist in context of using the system, but may want to watch a Show Me video before making a live attempt.If not possible, happy to log this is a feature request.

Hello,after having published recordings to an on premise target I wonder about a  “strange” folder which has been added to the given target directory:...Clicklearn\Book\Materialliste\P10518273-4167-4de7-9bdc-3cb4b3297a8b.1031\... This looks like a dynamic addition.Is there any way to publish recordings on premise without this behaviour?We need a fix directory for the published ClickLearn elements for external links. Best regardsHolger

Hello,I am creating documentation using Microsoft Dynamics connectors and would like to edit the sentence structure of default instruction text.For example, when recording a process, the standard text would be “Click the button New”. I would like it to automatically be written as “Click the New button”, which is more natural and grammatically correct. Currently I am spending a lot of time editing every step to correct this type of phrasing, but would rather apply a change at the template, or via the connector if possible.Hope this makes sense.Thanks

Hi guys, This morning, all of a sudden, my Project will not open.When I try to open my Project, I get three messages appearing in sequence as I click OK: I’ve tried restarting the software, restarting my computer, logging out and back in, and rolling back updates, but no success. My portal so far still exists and works in the browser - the issue I’m experiencing is within the Attain client itself. I have also contacted Support and asked to raise this as an urgent case as I cannot work on any content while

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to return to an old project and add some steps to what has already been recorded. We save as SCORM and both the pdf and Try me options are used in equal measure - how could I do this rather than re-recording from scratch? TIA

I published my content to the ContentCloud and when I try to download a recording in a word or PDF format, some of the steps are not displaying the text associated with them. Viewing directly from the ContentCloud works fine but the word and PDF formats are having issues. If anyone has had this issue or has suggestions on how to fix it, that would be great! I included a screenshot to help clarify the issue. This is the content cloud. The text in the second step shows fine. This is the word format the text from the second step is missing.  

I’ve signed up for a trial and trying to use ClickLearn for Dynamics CE.When I try to create a new Project. It doesn't allow me to connect to dynamics instance. Give me “Invalid Credentials” error.  Can anyone help me on this pls

When a user selects the PDF option for a module, it has the email address of the person who created it in the top-right corner of the PDF document. I don’t want customers/users to have my direct email address - I want that to show the email address I’ve set in the publishing template. How can I change this?

Hi,We are recording clicklearns but if the small windows icon appear during the IFS recording the the assistent fails upon replay and all other clicklearns also fails if such recording is uploaded to the hub. Have anybody seen the same and what is our workaround? Examples of times where the window icon apears during the cliecklearn recording is some field or scrolbars within the IFS application.
