Green box does not appear at same position as mouse IEE

When recording from IEE ( res ok at 1920x1080) the green box appears below and to the side of where i have my pointer at.

Recordings not showing up in content portal after being published in ClickLearn Studio

I’ve tried to publish several times the content but after doing so, I go to the Content Portal and it doesn’t show any of the new recordings I’ve tried to previously publish. It seems as if, the Content Portal doesn’t change at all, and doesn’t add or remove anything that I do in ClickLearn Studio. This started happening since the new version came out.

What is needed to Publish updated recording?

Dear community, from what I can see if one wishes to make a slight adjustment to a single recording the process of publishing is; Make Change to Recording and Save Go into Structure and make a minor change, then change it back, then Save This then allows to publish Clicklearn then takes 30+ minutes to republish all the content. Is my summary correct? surely there has to be a better way to instantly publish a content change that has no impact on the structure?Any ideas or am i missing something?

How do you add metadata to a Word template? For instance, the name of the recording is displayed in the document using the reference ##NAME##.

I would like to email my users a link to a recording so that they can click the link and have the recording start (or at least display) without having to navigate the menu. Is that possible? Can it be done with O365 login?Thanks,Glen

Hi all, Does anyone know if recordings from IFS10 (or previous versions) can be replayed on IFS Cloud?IFS10 is based on IEE, whilst IFS Cloud is more of a browser type of Interface.

Cropping Unwanted Data

Hi, is there an easy way of editing a scenario where you can take out information. Eg: On the top of the screen it captures the browser which I don’t require, I have tried in the image area to crop but that doesn’t seem to work. Thank you

Question: I am publishing my content to OneDrive. I have a group of users that are on iPads and want to watch the videos and use the “shelf” on an iPad. Replubishing updated recordings

I made a text mistake in one of my recordings.I went into the recording and updated the text.I checked the preview (AOK)I save the recording, did a refresh in the recordings panel.Went through all the publshing steps once more.But when I go to the website, it still shows the old text.I also tried removing the recording from the structure and replacing it. None of these have worked, any idea how to update this?TIARobert

Dashboard & Content Tracking

Hello ClickLearn Community, how are the menu items “Dashboard” and “Content Tracking” supposed to be used? Do you need any specific requirements to use them (i. e. admin-role)? What are all the functions? I couldn’t find any help or guide to use these tools.I think my data basis isn’t useful to work with yet. So an explaination or tutorial with own examples would be very helpful, since I can’t check it on my own.

Publishing Content in Attain to Our Company Web Server

Is it possible to publish our content in Attain to our own secure Web server instead of to ContentCloud? Or, is it possible to secure the content when publishing to ContentCloud so it is not public content, but rather private - accessible only to our employees?

Screenshot not capturing fields in IFS Aurena

Hi. I’m trying to use ClickLearn to develop tests for IFS Apps 10 on the Aurena client. When I take a screenshot and then use a fork to react off of a field on the screenshot, I am getting inconsistent results. The fork is not always able to find the fields. In this case it’s the Site I’m trying to capture. There’s a blue outline it gives to show what it can see and even that outline seems messed up. Kind of hard to describe but I’ll include a gif to show what I mean.Is there something I’m missing. From what I’ve seen in the videos, this seems very easy to do. Do I need to add something to my browser for the screenshot to work consistently?

ClickLearn help requires login to access Help

Hi all, When customers click on the assist or help icon in Dynamics 365, they are prompted to login to access the content. I want them to be able to access the content without having to login.I edited sharing to “Anyone with Link ( No Login required)”, on both the Shelf and Assist.This is Dynamics 365 8.2.x, on prem, and ClickLearn classic.Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Modifying default translations provided out of the box

I am trying to modify some of the translations that are provided out of the box in ClickLearn. After I have used replay to capture the recording in a different language (German in my case), I open the recording, switch to German and double click on the step where I want to correct the default text in German. IN the popup window, I click on the modify template icon: In this case, the default translation says “Geben Sie Text...”, I would like to change this to “Geben Sie den Text...” which sounds better. According to the icon mouseover text, the entry in the current template is under the entry “Keyboard” in the template. But in the template, several top level entries are highlighted, and there are often several entries in the details, which have the same text. For ex. My question to the experts here: how do I identify, which template items are to be translated for the given step? How can I adapt my Project structure?

Hello,I would like to know if I can adapt my project structure in that way that I can implement the look/appearance of the navigation section. Please have a look at the following screenshot: Hopefully it is possible to adapt this structure or maybe choose between these two options. ClickLearn Attain Asset Directories

What is the difference/rationale for two standard directories Common Assets versus Recording Assets? When I upload my templates (Word, PPT), and logo...which directory should they be placed? I want each project (and all associated recordings) to use the same assets. Also after I update and replace with new templates (and delete the old ones), I am finding the “view” still shows me the old templated version.

Template changes not showing up

The first time we upload a word template to the common assets of a project, the template is applied. Whenever we make changes to the template and update the new document in common assets, the changes do not show up. What are we doing wrong?
