@Per In ClickLearn classic, you recommended having only one publisher to maintain consistency in publishing content. Is that still the case with ClickLearn Attain?

When I have created my Shelf and published it, I create a link in my IFS that takes the user directly to the Click Learn Portal. Evet thing works except, when I select the word or Power Point versions and press open, IFS just hangs and nothing happens. I end up having to open Task manager and shutting down IFS. However, when I select save, it save with no issues.

Hi everyone,I am testing out ClickLearn to create some training material. When I use the Show Me function, it currently plays the voiceover then clicks on the field. Is there anyway to reverse this so it first clicks on the field, then the voiceover plays?Or if possible, can you remove the cursor animation shown in the Show Me function?Hope that makes sense.Thanks in advance,Brian

I would like to email my users a link to a recording so that they can click the link and have the recording start (or at least display) without having to navigate the menu.  Is that possible?  Can it be done with O365 login?Thanks,Glen

I have been recording material to a W/Drive and now want to record into cloud directly. How do I redirect my recordings?

In our sales demo, there was mention of embedding the content we create into Dynamics 365. How do I do this? Note - we’re self-hosting our content on our SharePoint (not using the web part) and we are not using Assistant. ThanksDavid  

I have set most of my text-to-speech timing settings to “During” on one Attain project but when previewed or published, the movement still comes AFTER the speech is finished.  Am I missing something? Thanks,Glen

Our current template has the attached footer. We’d like to include the Last Produced Date. Can someone please point us to where we get the correct code to populate that will show the last produced date in the footer. We tried using ##clrevdate##, but that wasn’t it.  Thanks

Hi All.At Rockwool we have commercial markets where our CRM users are not fully comfortable with English. To get our messages out, we need to also produce material in local language with local language screenshots.Clicklearn supports mulitple languages, but we are yet to find the best/smartest way of working with Recordings in multiple languages.Is there anyone in the community who have found a smart way of working with multiple language material?

Why am I not getting audio when I play Show Me in Video Editor?  I’m using ClickLearn Attain.

Hi How do I get the Assist part of my recordings into D365 F&O?

I have created my structure, and I see the Recordings on the right panel.  I want to drag and drop then into my sections (as I saw in a video), but I can’t.  When I drag them they go between the sections.  How do I do this?  Also, if I have a recording that I want to go into multiple sections (I have one called Adding a Note that I want to go into each structure) how do I do that?  I’ve watched several of the videos, and maybe I just can’t find the right one, so if there is one feel free to link it for me. 

Hello ClickLearn community,Once the trainig material is published on ClickLearn cloud and is accessible to the end users, what are the KPI that we can track (available on ClickLearn portal) to make sure that the end user is doing the training? (for instance: attendance tracking, completion of the test me video tracking, etc...) Also, are those KPI trackable in an LMS? Thank you very much,Shahrzad

When uploading ClickLearn classic recordings to Attain is it normal to have to re-record for each Localization? We already replayed for each language in Classis and this seems to not transfer to Attain. It will be a lot of work to replay all the trainings in all languages again. Is there a faster way to solve this?

Good afternoon,At my company we are slowly starting to transition our ClickLearn activities to the new Attain platform. As part of this we imported our old recordings in the new Attain project and set-up the localizations. The last step (replaying) of this process doesn’t seem to be working however. The replays finish but nothing changes in the Attain platform. I just get a red screen and see one step is still missing even though all 12 steps have been completed (see image).  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? The English (en-US) localization is 100% complete but the other languages can’t be completed because of this. Please let me know how to solve this.Thanks in advance. Cheers,Hessel 

How do I Publish just one item at a time? We have a large group object and if I update 1 of the recordings - how do I only re-publish or publish the one I am working on as others on the project are working at a different pace than I am? Also trying to figure out how to extract a PDF of the work instructions.

Anyone having issues playing back their recording?I am in ATTAIN > inside recording > Preview > Show Me.All I get is a circle/waiting symbol and sometimes nothing at all. Recording won’t play.

Within ClickLearn Attain, is it possible to create links between different parts of the documentation (i.e. cross-references)? I have tried using the link editor in the text editor for an instruction, but this seems to bring up a dialog to select a file.

Hi Click and Learn family,I am looking for support on how i convert old click and learns into new ones?  I have old click and learn files that need to be updated but I don’t want to fully re-record.  Has anyone had the experience in updating old files into new ones? Thanks for your help and guidance!
