Hello ClickLearn community,Once the trainig material is published on ClickLearn cloud and is accessible to the end users, what are the KPI that we can track (available on ClickLearn portal) to make sure that the end user is doing the training? (for instance: attendance tracking, completion of the test me video tracking, etc...) Also, are those KPI trackable in an LMS? Thank you very much,Shahrzad

When uploading ClickLearn classic recordings to Attain is it normal to have to re-record for each Localization? We already replayed for each language in Classis and this seems to not transfer to Attain. It will be a lot of work to replay all the trainings in all languages again. Is there a faster way to solve this?

Good afternoon,At my company we are slowly starting to transition our ClickLearn activities to the new Attain platform. As part of this we imported our old recordings in the new Attain project and set-up the localizations. The last step (replaying) of this process doesn’t seem to be working however. The replays finish but nothing changes in the Attain platform. I just get a red screen and see one step is still missing even though all 12 steps have been completed (see image).  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? The English (en-US) localization is 100% complete but the other languages can’t be completed because of this. Please let me know how to solve this.Thanks in advance. Cheers,Hessel 

How do I Publish just one item at a time? We have a large group object and if I update 1 of the recordings - how do I only re-publish or publish the one I am working on as others on the project are working at a different pace than I am? Also trying to figure out how to extract a PDF of the work instructions.

Anyone having issues playing back their recording?I am in ATTAIN > inside recording > Preview > Show Me.All I get is a circle/waiting symbol and sometimes nothing at all. Recording won’t play.

Within ClickLearn Attain, is it possible to create links between different parts of the documentation (i.e. cross-references)? I have tried using the link editor in the text editor for an instruction, but this seems to bring up a dialog to select a file.

Hi Click and Learn family,I am looking for support on how i convert old click and learns into new ones?  I have old click and learn files that need to be updated but I don’t want to fully re-record.  Has anyone had the experience in updating old files into new ones? Thanks for your help and guidance!

Has anyone found a way to embed a Showme video in a web page?Playing with video.js, but it can’t seem to read the clicklearn output. I am currently linking to the showme directly using a Community tip (thanks Michael), but it returns to the clicklearn portal rather than my page.And it is a link…  I’d rather embed so the user can watch the video on the same page if they so choose. I should note that my site does not support embedding the windows movie player.

We invested in the Clicklearn product and want to leverage that investment.How do I upgrade to Attain? Is there an end-of-life date for the original product? What is the product development commitment to the original product?

I am using ClickLearn primarily for videos, which will then be played within our Customer Support Portal (we use Zendesk).I would like to be able to switch between a full screen view and the zoomed in scaled view on the video.For example, on one step in my video, I am explaining how to add an item to a sales quote. I have the text read as part of the note attached to a group of steps.The full screen is shown In the background.I then show the video just clicking through the columns that I explained in the text, but I don’t have narration here.I would like to zoom in only on that step, and then maybe add a callout or highlight to the columns being clicked.Does anyone know how to do this?

 In ClickLearn classic, you recommended having only one publisher to maintain consistency in publishing content. Is that still the case with ClickLearn Attain?

Hi all,Here is an update on the Attain release! We are pleased to announce our new Attain solution was released internally on Oct 2nd as planned. We unfortunately have had to delay the release to general availability due to delays in delivering associated services including related backend services, support services and in-app assistance services. We are sorry to disappoint those of you who have eagerly awaited to experience the release. Currently over 40 ClickLearners including developers, QA testers, 1st & 2nd line supporters, evangelists and trainers, are all burning the midnight oil to finalize all deliverables. We will be showing Attain during Get Smarter: Attain next week, and we expect all associated services to be ready right after the conference, which means we can start releasing Attain to those of you who have signed up for the release.Stay tuned for more updates!/Team ClickLearn

I’m working in VMWare with D365. If I click on an already visible link it’s recorded. However, when I click on a dropdown or the ellipses (...) nothing is recorded past that step. Any ideas?

Hello, What is the best practice for organizing files in the ClckLearn UI? I can see that we are going to create hundreds of recording, books, etc. but we need a way to organize them on-screen in ClickLearn. I looked at the documentation for Workgroups and Projects and that does not seem to be the answer. I do not even see in ClickLearn how to create a project. All I want is to be able to filter my UI so that all the files pertinent to a certain area of documentation are shown. For example: Just my files for Manufacturing Safety Practices or just Office IFS trainings. How do I do this? Best Regards,Kevin

Hello, Upon installation of ClickLearn Studio and login to the Portal I initally followed the instructions listed to installed the ClickLean Chrome Connector. ClickLearn Pop-up for connector given on browser startup However, upon subsequent openings of my Google Chrome browser, I am continually receiving this popup despite it already being installed in present. Is there some setting that would stop this from reoccurring that I have overlooked?Thanks in advance, Marc
