Is it possible to change the order of the recordings in the editor mode? For example, I want the screenshot to be before ‘Click on Personal Information’ below. Thanks in advance!  

In Attain, is there a way to keep the highlight boxes in annotated screenshots from overlapping?

Hi,Sometimes when I record a step I am unable to move the crop to click area box. I can see the four headed arrow but no matter how I try I cannot get the dotted line box to move. Then sometimes on a different step it will work.  

Once the recording is published, the Test me function shows the subtitles and narration, making it less challenging for the user. Is there a possibility to hide the subtitles and narration only in the Test Me function?

I have changed the color of my mouse pointer/curser in hopes that it would record in the color I selected.  Is there any setting in ClickLearn that would allow this to transfer.  It would just make it easier to see for the ‘show me’ function on the recordings. Thank you, 

How can the following option in the Language templates be used?  

Instructions were provided a while back on how to create predefined chapters and notes using metadata in Classic. How can we do the same thing in Attain?  

How do you add metadata to a Word template? For instance, the name of the recording is displayed in the document using the reference ##NAME##.

Can you disable the voice over in the recordings and can you remove the text at the bottom of the videos?

@Morten 2 years ago I asked how to add a metadata field, such as Alternative Title, to a Word template. You said that capability was to come. I was wondering if this was possible now?

I have been waiting for my Project to publish and it has been showing the same screen for over 2 hours. Yesterday it took less than 45 minutes. I cannot cancel out of the process. 

When creating a structure, the section title won’t update and the only options I have in the top right hand section of the structure and segment section is Preview and Share - when I looked on the ClickLearn video, Lars has Preview and Save available - I am logged in as an administrator so not sure what the issue is - any ideas? I did not create the initial project or recordings - does that matter? I can type a new name in the right hand pop out section however it doesn’t get applied.

Will the publishing time be sped up at all? It takes 20-30 minutes to publish mine currently.

Hello everybodyIf I create my ClickLearn media and in particular the Virtual Assistant guides on a test environment, do you think that these Virtual Assistant guides can be connected to the real environment, without having to repeat the captures?Thanks

My Colleague has been losing recordings when ending recording.These have been on the Project Management process in IFS 10 Aurena and have a lot of steps to record.She will try to split them down but I wondered if there is a known limit? ThanksPaul

We had an issue whereby all the recording that had previously been saved were now showing in red with a red question mark. What does this mean?Thanks Penny 

When I group three steps and choose to keep them as text rather than bullets or numbers, it gets formatted oddly: The first two steps end up on the same line, separated by a dash that can’t be removed, while the third step gets its own line. I can’t remove the dash, and if I try to end the first step with a full stop, it’s automatically removed. This forces me to format my text around a dash that has no reason to be there.This doesn’t happen if I merge two or four steps, only when I merge three. Is there a way to get around this and get rid of the dash?I had to blur the text for privacy reasons, I hope this makes sense with annotation:
