Can you disable the voice over in the recordings and can you remove the text at the bottom of the videos?

@Morten 2 years ago I asked how to add a metadata field, such as Alternative Title, to a Word template. You said that capability was to come. I was wondering if this was possible now?

I have been waiting for my Project to publish and it has been showing the same screen for over 2 hours. Yesterday it took less than 45 minutes. I cannot cancel out of the process. 

When creating a structure, the section title won’t update and the only options I have in the top right hand section of the structure and segment section is Preview and Share - when I looked on the ClickLearn video, Lars has Preview and Save available - I am logged in as an administrator so not sure what the issue is - any ideas? I did not create the initial project or recordings - does that matter? I can type a new name in the right hand pop out section however it doesn’t get applied.

Will the publishing time be sped up at all? It takes 20-30 minutes to publish mine currently.

Hello everybodyIf I create my ClickLearn media and in particular the Virtual Assistant guides on a test environment, do you think that these Virtual Assistant guides can be connected to the real environment, without having to repeat the captures?Thanks

My Colleague has been losing recordings when ending recording.These have been on the Project Management process in IFS 10 Aurena and have a lot of steps to record.She will try to split them down but I wondered if there is a known limit? ThanksPaul

We had an issue whereby all the recording that had previously been saved were now showing in red with a red question mark. What does this mean?Thanks Penny 

When I group three steps and choose to keep them as text rather than bullets or numbers, it gets formatted oddly: The first two steps end up on the same line, separated by a dash that can’t be removed, while the third step gets its own line. I can’t remove the dash, and if I try to end the first step with a full stop, it’s automatically removed. This forces me to format my text around a dash that has no reason to be there.This doesn’t happen if I merge two or four steps, only when I merge three. Is there a way to get around this and get rid of the dash?I had to blur the text for privacy reasons, I hope this makes sense with annotation:

Hello!Are there any recommendations regarding the display format? Every time I use the replay function, the green rectangle does not appear in the same place as in the original recording, with the result that the replay doesn’t work. I assume that this issue may be related to the display format. Thanks for the answer in advance.Best regards, Valerie

I think this question has been asked before but I cannot find an answer. I would like to know how to find out which users have passed their Test Me evaluations. I have used Odata to populate an Excel spreadsheet and also have successfully uploaded the Odata into Power BI, but I cannot find what the fields represent, is there a list somewhere. I would also like to know how to check the user’s evaluation score. One of the users has told me (and screenshotted that they got 92% in their Detailed Evaluation) but I cannot find this information in the Odata or anywhere else. Please help - thanks Penny

Hello,please advise if it is possible to alter how long the user has to click on the correct option in the Test Me videos. Sometimes it can take a little while of searching to find the correct field.Also is it possible to pause the Test Me video if a user is interrupted by an urgent call when they are part of the way through the Test Me video.Many thanks Penny

It seems every time I update/republish my videos the system will create a new URL.  How do I continue to just update the existing URL instead of sending out new links every time I update?Thank you

So I know you can turn on the option for users to download your portal content as PDF.I have this turned off because I want users to use the videos instead. However, I’d like to download a PDF copy of the portal myself, for my own reference as author.Is it possible to do this from the Studio application itself, or do I need to turn on the option > publish to portal > download PDF > then turn off the option > re-publish to portal ? (The latter being time-consuming and inconvenient)

My question is , if the project is already published on share point and you make some changes. what's the process to re publish the updates?Will that recompile the whole project or just the changed bit can be rebuplished?

My new recordings are not visible in the structure.When I generate the link from the structure to share training guides, new recordings don't appear in the link even in the structure preview, I would like to know how to refresh the structure to how the newest contents?Thanks for your help.
