Hi all,Just getting started on creating a full suite of Click-Learn guides for the business and wondered if there are any other users that have created generic recordings for IFS App10 that they would be willing to share? Mainly focused on Doc-Man, Project and Manufacturing. Thanks in advance.Ben
Editing a refrenced video clip dosent updated where it is refrenced
Lets say I have a video clip called ”A” in project 1, I have referenced in another project called 2. Now i realise calling the clip A dosent make sense so I change it to “B”, but in project 2 it is still called A. This makes it hard to keep track of where clips comes from. Is there something I am missing to fix this or is just an unfortunately “feature”?
How to edit placement of instruction text in written material
I am sure this is quite simple, but as I can’t find the answere anywhere then I will ask.Where are trying to move the instruction text which are currently on the left of the screenshots in both Word and PDF, I would like to have it abouve the image as that would allow the image to be wider and bigger. Where and how can I do that?
ClickLearn Attain and Dowload PDF
We are using Attain to display Work Instructions in IFS and everything works great. However, in tthe published documents, there is a “toolbox” that is displayed on the right-side. These are links that allow for the expected functionality, but the “PDF” option under the Downloads header does not do anything; click and no effect. This seems to have worked in the past, but recently stopped working (or at least was observed to not be working). Is this a known issue? And how can it be fixed?
Transfer of information from clicklearn to clicklearn cloud
Hello, Happy to join the community. I have 2 question i hope someone can help me. Thanks! Currently my company is using clicklearn (i believe it is the standard on, non cloud… honestly, I dont know much about it) and they want to change to cloud. A little background, my collegue was in charge of the clicklearns (non cloud) but he left the project and now i have to start from an empty page and there are about 1000 files under shelves, books,.. etc. that he has stored in his computer because thats the only way to do it with the current clicklearn. May questions: Can anyone tell me the pro and cons of the clicklearn cloud compared to the clicklearn (i am building a proposition for our client to change to clicklearn cloud? Can I transfer information from my collegue computer (where the file are saved) to my computer or directly to the cloud, keeping the current structure and organization like, sheves, books, … etc…?

Is it possible to make an OR option in the Flow editor?For example I have the following flow:Is the BO for company 707? Y/N If the answer is No, then ask Is the currency USD? Y/N (This question is skipped if the company is 707) Later in the process, I need to check, IF the company is 707 OR the currency is USD do these steps.
Create a small sub-section in written material
How can I create a small sub-section in the written material? In the example below, I can eliminate section 1A from the flow with a question, but in the written material, I can’t figure out how to break out just these three steps into a section without the rest of the flow being under this section
Hello, How do i start using the Portal?The portal seems empty and i have no clue how do i create a recording. am i missing something? I see the studio which has following options. Going through many videos to create i see everyone using the portal. Am i not using a deployed one? pls help
Promote updated structure to Company ClickLearn portal
Within ClickLearn studio, I’ve created the structure to how I want it to look. How do I promote that structure to our company’s ClickLearn Portal? I’m not seeing any way to publish the changes. Do I need full admin rights to do this? Any information would be appreciated.
Template Chapters in Attain
I have tried to search here on the pages, but is it possible to have standard chapters in Attain, like it was in the Classic version? Would like each WI starting with some background information, before the actual steps start. I haven’t been able to figure this one out yet.
