I heard on a session at MasterClass 2022 that using Virtual machine technology would make sense if using ClickLearn for Automated Process Testing. Is that also the case even when replaying short recordings?

Mobile Work Order List Element Text

I have completed a recording of an IFS Mobile Work Order Application process.However, when editing, the text within a list element is more of an address rather than a description of what the learner is clicking on. See attached image for an example.Is it possible to change this? It will be very time consuming during edditing.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Recording always 2cm further up than selected location

Using Attain OData in Power BI

I was very excited to see the post “Power BI using ClickLearn Data” and have just started to work through all of the additional posts in regards to creating a Power BI dashboard.However, I am noticing that most of the articles are using data from ClickLearn Classic. We are using ClickLearn Attain and I am having a hard time figuring out what the data means. There was a pdf posted that breaks down the data within the Company Tracking Data, but the data I have has several differences:Different Action item labels intValue2, intValue2, and intValue3 txtValue1, txtValue2, and txtValue3I was hoping someone had some experience creating a PowerBI dashboard using the Attain data who could share any insight, or if there was an OData Attain Document.Thanks

Publishing Report Error: Windows Video

Hello,I am getting an error on my ClickLearn Attain publishing report which states, “Producing Windows video will cause very slow production time! Please turn off ‘Windows video’ in publishing template”. I’ve tried to find where to turn this off but cannot. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Chrome Assist - do we have to paste url every time

Hello - just setting up Chrome Assist to work with IFS Aurena.The guides are working pretty well now, but I just wanted to understand if users need to paste the CL url into this field every time, or if there’s a way to have it permanently set up?Thanks!

ClickLearn Chrome Assist

There have been two problems while trying to access the project through ClickLearn Chorme Assist. First of all, when I put the URL for the project it says it’s incorrect, when I believe it isn’t or when I tried different ones. The other issue that came up is that the Project Link that we need to click to access is hidden: Could someone please help me with this. Kind regards, Ines.

Business Central and Green Box not in the right place

When using Business Central in Chrome, with Click Learn, the green box appears above the spot where the click should take place. If we put the mouse over items in the quick links(Top of teh screen), the green box appears 2 inches too high. If we put the mouse on the cue cards, the green box appears too high over the cue card. strange item - If I have teams sitting over Chrome’s screen(stacked on top of), then the box correctly tracks to the right location. Strange Item - Other applications have the green box show up correctly. Installed - Chrome connector and Chrome Assist are installed.

Setting up Connectors

Hi - I’m a ClickLearn newbie. We’re using IFS. When I set up a new project, and then start a new recording, I continue to receive the wash-over grey screen with red text warning me to stop… the connector is not working. I have IFS in the background, in Edge. (Note: We cannot install connector extensions in browsers due to corporate security policies but I mention in case that is part of my problem.) What do I need to do? Thanks in advance!

Flow question change caused the conditional option to not be available.

I created a flow question but after adding some steps to it I decided I needed to switch it from a Multi select to a Single selection. But after doing that, any steps that had the mutli select question now do not have the option to add a condition. I have tried recreating the question with the same behavior. Any assistance would be great. Steps that did not have a condition called out still have it available.

Is there a way to put an output document from a Click Learn without the screenshots? I know you can hide them in the editor on a step by step basis but is there a way to have that output without hiding in each step of the recording. Thank You

Enter any text, not only text that was captured in the recording

Is there a way to allow the user to enter any text when using the assistant, instead of only the text that was entered during the recording process.For example: my recording has the use of a filter being captured in IFS, at the time of recording 148 was entered, but if a user was using the assistant to work through the steps they would probably want to work on their purchase order, not purchase order #148.

How do you get accurate images of Microsoft Excel?

As part of the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations process, I need to include some steps using Microsoft Excel.No matter what I try, I can not get the Written Editor step image to recognise or show the Excel Cell that needs to be updated. The connector seems to only capture the full spreadsheet area. This would be somewhat tolerable if I could manipulate the ‘red rectangle’ hotspot and capture area using the Image Editor to show the relevant cell. However when I do this, the change is not reflected in the associated thumbnail screenshot in the Written Editor - which is very frustrating.For reference, my project is using the following connectorsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and Custom Applications (Windows 10)Any advice or tips would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Custom Play Button

This is probably a really silly question…. When you set up a custom play button - where actually is it? Does it replace the semi-transparent pause icon that appears if you click to pause a video? Or does it appear right at the start? I’ve uploaded a custom image to the Play button bit but I can’t work out from the structure preview where it would appear! :)

Changing the captured step

When capturing a button function , example: Click OK, ClickLearn records the step as “Click on the button OK.”I would like to change the wording for this for all steps and not have to manually change each step.Can you tell me how to change it so ClickLearn records it as just “click OK” or whatever button name we are referring to?I only want this change to happen for any buttons that have to be clicked on.Lorie

Migrating permission Sets from IFS V10 IEE to IFS Aurena

We are currently using IFS v10 IFS Enterprise IEE and would like to configure & migrate Permission sets in IEEE to the users so they can use Aurena. Thus we need to setup projections.The Tech team are having challenges in going to each profiles permission set and Granting access to the projections one by one. For example we have a few users who only have 4 permission sets but they are Internal Audit and they have Read only access to all the objects. Our team has to go the the list under the projection tab and grant each object seperately which is time consuming.Any tips & tricks on how we can semi automate this process. We ae talking over 250 users which permission sets unqiue to each user.Any Manuals or videos on setting up Aurena would be appreciatedregardsGuss
