Hi all, We have made a nice video for our offshore users, which we would like to be able to add to our Offshore Learning Portal. This portal currently contain all kind of other trainings video’s, and now we want to add the IFS video’s there as well. Is there a way to download the “show me” video so we can upload that into our Offshore Learning Portal?  

Is is possible to remove the left/right navigation to next recording on the portal so that they are not visible?  Feedback from some users were they ended up in another recording by mistake. 

When replaying recorded English content in German, the replay currently does not work reliably.ClickLearn is often unable to recognize the fields that were clicked during the English recording.In many cases, an error message such as “Cannot not find …” is displayed. In other cases, ClickLearn does find a field, but it is a completely different one than expected.This suggests that the field translations or mappings between ClickLearn and the IFS system are inconsistent or missing.Is this issue already known or could this please be investigated?We are happy to schedule a session to go through this together if needed. Thank you. 

I’m just familiarizing myself with ClickLearn Attain and doing some experimentation with publishing. When I tried to publish today, I received the warning “Cannot find asset for ‘Custom’”. What does this mean? Is there something I could have set up with my assets in the project? 

Hi allEvery now and then I come across an image that I cannot seem to edit.I have tried:Closing the recording and re-opening copying the step and editing change to full screen and back to crop-to-clickIt just can’t be edited - cannot select the crop area or highlight area, resize or move these.For examples, refer to Project called Multinet, Recording called ‘Create New Project_COPY’ - steps 9/10“Click into the Project Name field and enter the project name”“Click on the data field JAMS/SAP - Project. Enter the JAMS project code”Any assistance would be great

Is there a way to download/export or print off a copy of the Structure that we can keep to refer back to. We  have recently had a situation where two sections were accidentally deleted and then had to be recreated from scratch. It would have been much easier if we had been able to view a copy of the structure prior.Thanks Penny

We have many different projects and one UXP project to gather all contents and providing it to the users in the UXP extension for IFS Cloud.I am successful in defining many different URLs as external content and everything works fine.Just with one project I get the error message above in red. What might the issue be here?

In my generated pdf files from the recordings the heading is 'Sample recording'.How and where can I change this text?/Fredrik 

When we try record on the sites belonging to orbit, we encounter the problems as seen on the image: It works fine on other sites so the connector is installed and works.Anyone know why this happens?We have considere4d it might be screen captur blocking but we can capture orbit just fine with other recording tools.

Hi team, When published, for some recordings I get the below error message.For the same project, in the same folder, two recordings are opened successfully, but for the rest I get this error.Image presented in Web clientCould you please assist?!

Hello,I made a recording and in one step I can´t remove/edit the highlighted text in the screenshot.I have set “Full editing” for this step. Does anyone have an idea how to remove the highlighted text?

Hi - I’m having trouble with the Image Editor - I select an area of screen to be included in written guide image, but this selection isn’t used in the image displayed in my guide.

I plan to publish the Click Learn videos as part of the training. I would like to know how to TRACK who has viewed the SHOW / TRY & TEST ME . Is there anything in Click Learn I can enable to track ?

How can I export to SCORM?

Hi there,I’m struggeling with croping of images, especially for replayed steps in different language.E.g. I have recorded some steps in english and replayed them in german. Croping image for english version is not the deal. But when I try to crop image for replayed steps in german, ClickLearn sometimes ignores my croped area.Englisch Version: German Version: crop image doesn’t workAnd this is how it looks in the editor. The croped area is totally different.What I’m doing wrong? Thx for your help.

We are using ClickLearn Studio to record from Dynamics 365. Our recordings have shown numbered steps previously but we have set up a new Project and that doesn’t show any numbers on the steps. What is going on. We have imported the publishing template from our main publishing project (where the step numbering works perfectly) into the new project but the numbering has vanished.

I completed a Try it yourself challenge via Click Learn Universe,  but ending up deleting the recording that was on one of the files - (I thought I was deleting the project) -  Recoding  was called “Accounts Payable” and was withing Learning Portal Project. I was trying the Structure and segments exercise - anyway to restore this.

I’d like to create a few tutorials on how to use ClickLearn for other authors within our group. Is there a way to record ClickLearn itself?

We are looking to deploy the UXP to 400 + computers. I have tried the batch file in the guide from the public documentation but it simply does not work. I’ve applied the GPO locally for testing before setting it up on our domain controller. The log file states that the process starts but nothing happens after that.
