Hi there,I’m struggeling with croping of images, especially for replayed steps in different language.E.g. I have recorded some steps in english and replayed them in german. Croping image for english version is not the deal. But when I try to crop image for replayed steps in german, ClickLearn sometimes ignores my croped area.Englisch Version: German Version: crop image doesn’t workAnd this is how it looks in the editor. The croped area is totally different.What I’m doing wrong? Thx for your help.

We are using ClickLearn Studio to record from Dynamics 365. Our recordings have shown numbered steps previously but we have set up a new Project and that doesn’t show any numbers on the steps. What is going on. We have imported the publishing template from our main publishing project (where the step numbering works perfectly) into the new project but the numbering has vanished.

I completed a Try it yourself challenge via Click Learn Universe,  but ending up deleting the recording that was on one of the files - (I thought I was deleting the project) -  Recoding  was called “Accounts Payable” and was withing Learning Portal Project. I was trying the Structure and segments exercise - anyway to restore this.

I have the latest version of ClickLearn Studio. I have noticed with some of our recordings that the image captured shows;The hotspotThe dotted line of the “crop to click area”and then another red box enclosing the whole screenDoes anyone know why I am getting that? - See image belowThanks Penny

I’d like to create a few tutorials on how to use ClickLearn for other authors within our group. Is there a way to record ClickLearn itself?

I have ClickLearn 12.1.56.0 installed and both ClickLearn Connector 12.1.21.0 (Edge) and ClickLearn Connector 12.1.21.0 (Chrome), yet I'm unable to start a recording. The full screen stays greyed out, mentioned green rectangle doesn't appear. .At first, I thought my widescreen monitor, which allows split-screen, was causing this.But if I work on my laptop only (monitor not connected), I have the same issue.

Currently all of our authors can see the “Published Content” in the portal; however, some of this training should not be shared.  How do we restrict access to the “Published Content” tab?  Thanks for the assistance!

We are looking to deploy the UXP to 400 + computers. I have tried the batch file in the guide from the public documentation but it simply does not work. I’ve applied the GPO locally for testing before setting it up on our domain controller. The log file states that the process starts but nothing happens after that.

Hi Team, I  have a situation where I need to manipulate the value which is present on Iteration data Table during the runtime. e.g I have added a Data Point as Note and the value is updated Iteration Data Table. I need to concatenate some other text along with value present on Iteration Data Table and that will be used on next step.Thanks,Gagan Behera

The system tells me, that there’s already a production running.is it possible to see production jobs running somewhere? is it possible that we have some jobs running endlessly?Thanks for your help.BR, Daniel

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on the translation of my trainings and keep running into issues:When a recording (content blocks with image), for example, contains 10 assets (e.g., images), and a different language is selected, only one asset is shown across all recordings instead of the full set. However, when looking at the source, the correct assets are actually there. It’s just that only the first of the 10 is displayed.  Some recordings are set to be replayed, but I’d like to reuse the same recordings for other languages as well (video mode only - no assistant). Even though I choose to ignore the translation, it still doesn’t work as expected.To 1: Why is this happening, and what can be done to fix it?To 2: Is there a way to make this work without having to duplicate or re-record the videos for each language?Thanks in advance and best regards,Hona

Dear all,since integrating ClickLearn into Salesforce, we have noticed a significant drop in system performance. As soon as we deactivate the UXP extension, everything runs smoothly again.Are there any known performance issues when UXP is active? If so, is there a recommended solution or workaround available?UXP is a great feature that we highly value and would prefer not to work without. Thanks in advance and regards,Hona

I am getting Error message 0||| on execution log. When I run any Test ATP it is giving this error message on Log. It show when any recoding starts. Please find below screenshot for more  details. The execution is aborting without executing all the recording attached on a Test. If there are 3 recording attached to test then It is getting failed after executing the 2nd object.  

Hi Team, I am automating the IFS Cloud Application. I have a scenario where I have to attach a file on Purchase Order (IFS Cloud). I have created a recording to create Purchase Order on IFS Cloud. while recording the steps after clicking on the browse file button on IFS cloud recording is not recognizing the file explorer. Please suggest is there any way to add the steps to attach the file.   

Hi everyone! I’m trying to find a way to monitor our employee’s progress regarding clicklearn material. I don’t mean just the analytics where we can see who’s engaged with certain topics the most, but what I’m looking for is actually monitoring the progress of individuals. So for example, if an employee completes a clicklearn and does the ‘try me’ section at the end, is there any way that I can see the results so I know if they’ve engaged with the process or not?  The longer term idea would be that I want a certain group of employees to have completed 5 clicklearns, and achieved 100% in each of them before they can attend a specific event, for example. Has anyone developed anything similar?  Thank you! Sian 

Hi All, Hope you’re well - thought i’d pop this in the community to see if anybody else had similar issuesWe’ve experienced some issues sharing our Clicklearn published site content with users in seperate domains, that are not linked to our active directory (AD) at all. With users receiving errors stating “Access denied” despite having a login email that uses the approved domain, and sign-in provider (O365).This is causing us some issue with getting our partners to view this training material they need, is there an alternative means to sharing projects outside of the inbuild Sharing & Permissions system in clicklearn such as using enterprise applications, or alternative means?We’ve found that it does allow users to access the system when we share it with their direct email address, but with the scope of how many users we’re inviting this is not a viable long-term solution. example error below A

Hello When I open the recording tool the green square select the entire txt document, not where my mouse is.I have checked in parameters (application under windows 11), and screen was at 100% scale.I have tried the recording tools with a table and it works well.By advance thank you I have supposed that putting a picture in relation to the text isn’t mandatory and I could add later. I set up my Content Cloud successfully and published a set of recordings to the Case table successfully,but now that I’ve recorded new content on a custom table that appears in the portal fineI can’t seem to get it to update to work with Inside CRM…I’m sure at this point after trying several times, I’ve probably broken something.Does anyone have an idea why the same method wouldn’t work for update as it did for initial creation?

I have been recording content for several months.  Suddenly I can no longer record.  I get the red text error message about needing to install the extension to my browser.   But I have the extension installed.  I have removed the extension and readded it.  I have logged out and logged back in.  I have involved our IT dept and they are at a loss as well.I assume that this has to do with the latest release but I don’t know how to fix it.

I am attempting to generate a share link for the “try it yourself” in a learning module for structure and segments.  Every time I click “share” the window just spins and no link is ever generated.  I have exited out and restarted multiple times with no success.
