We have some new use cases for ClickLearn within our organization and one group would like to record their own audio for the steps. Is this possible?Thanks!

I imported my modules from CL Classic. I want to change the location they are saved from but cannot tell the path the same way you can in CL Classic.I cannot even tell where they are saved. Can you please tell me how to view the saved path and how to change it? Much appreciated!Lorie

Hello, I just installed ClickLearn on a user PC. After adding our workspaces, his document list is still empty. Isn’t the document list supposed to fill up with the avialble files from the workspace once the workspace is loaded? What am I missing?

How do we change the background image for the chapter? Currently it seems to be a solid color and one of my excluded slides. I’d like to add a default image for my company when changing chapters that is not currently in the interactive video at all

I would like to know more about the functionality of the “Additional” button on the edit page for a recording. I can’t find any documentation on this, the closet I have found is “Edit Work Instruction -  Insert Elements” in the help section. While in the developer role it seems as though we are able to write multiple choice questions. I can write a question and a single answer, but not multiple choices. How are we supposed to enter the Option Text and Option Tags to have multiple choices? 

Hi,I try to evaluate Click2Learn Attain, but I’m not able to connect to our MS D365 CE onpremise instance! I can login with the same credentials in google chrome, but Click2Learn.InsideHelp says it is INVALID why?  

Is there a setting I can change to reflect a revision number anytime I make a change to a document? and some type of revision control where if needed, I could still see the previous revisions?

I have made changes to recordings and structure since initially publishing.  I have gone through the publishing process again several times but it never updates the changes.  What am I doing wrong?

Question: I am publishing my content to OneDrive.  I have a group of users that are on iPads and want to watch the videos and use the “shelf” on an iPad.  What options are available to make this happen.  Thank you for your time! Please note:  I will not be producing any content on an iPad, just watch videos and using the content published on the shelf.

After the latest release (7th May) the spell check does not appear to be working and is marking all words as incorrect spellings. This happens when making changes to existing text and adding new text. Please can someone advise whether this is a know issue for if I need to report it as a new issue.

All, Quick question:  where in the script can I add the TITLE VARIABLE to the evaluation screen?  The Test Me evaluation screen is awesome but needs a title.  It would be nice to tuck in the title variable and make this dynamic. Obviously this is a nice advanced feature for those of us in classic and not publishing to the CL cloud, we don’t have stats or scores (we’re publishing to OneDrive).  From here, it would be very nice for an end-user to screen clip the results.  Once I find the location in the script for this screen, I may turn it into a certificate of completion later. 

Good morning! In the TEST ME module, I want to change the number of wrong attempts a user makes from 4 to 2.  After poking around a little, I am unable to locate the variable field?  Can someone screenshot the place please?  Thank you for your time!

Good evening!  I have been unable to locate in the html templates where I can move the title up one or two rows on the recording titles?  Does anyone know where to move this title?  The title bleeds over into our logo and I don’t want to rebuild the video intro images.  Thanks for your time!

Sometimes in a course I want to point out or call attention to a field or the data in the field but do not need the user to actually click in the field or take any action. Such as pointing out that the data in the field changed. Is there an action, like a mouse hover, that will do that?

When recording within IFS, all of my clicks give me the whole screen, not just the specific box (area) that I click on.  It seems to work fine for all other applications, just IFS.

Can Meta Data be setup to auto complete on certain fields, vs requiring someone to update manually? Field such as:Author: Auto populate with who created the document Create Date: Auto Populate with the date it was created Realizing Create Date isn’t in the meta data fields, but it shows in the general listing of recordings. Which also is a challenge for me, as my Clicklearn populates create date, based on when I bring the recording into my list of recordings in Clicklearn, not the true create date of the course. If I create it in March, then remove it from my list, then bring it back into my recordings list in May, the create date on this recording shows May. Is it possible to show original create date, always? Revision and Revision date should auto update based on any edits by any author, auto populating (if preferred) with an increment number and date

Hello. Is there an estimated time as to when SCORM packages will be available within Attain? My organization has become accustomed to accessing training materials through our LMS, so with all recordings generated in ClickLearn Classic I’ve exported a SCORM package and imported it into our LMS. It would be wonderful to have this feature available again in Attain soon so we can continue the practice.
