I enjoy watching Morten’s corner and love that Morten is able to record himself using CL. As training new employees, I would like to be able to record myself using CL instead of having to personally train each employee.Is this a software you use within CL that allows you to record yourself or do you use something else? Lorie

Good morning,Is there a place to view the total amount of recorded module hours?We have a department that would like to use our modules, however they would like to plan how long it would take someone to view all the existing modules.Is there anywhere that I can see how many hours of recorded modules I have? Lorie L 

We have multiple projects that are regularly being used by different users.Some of our modules are being used within each of those projects. Meaning the same module can be in 3 different projects.Is it possible to make a change in one module in one project and have the same module in a different project updated at the same time?It is very time consuming having to make the changes in each project.Lorie

Hi,How do you make the animation faster so it’s the same as the narration.  It seems to be quite slow in between.I am using Clicklearn Attain.I had looked at Mortons Corner but I believe that was for Clicklearn Classic and I cannot see where this section is in Attain. 

HiWe’re working through an IFS implementation, and using ClickLearn as our major content creation tool. We’re also still working remotely due to COVID restrictions in our province, but even as those start to come to an end, our implementation team is still spread out over a wide geographic area, and we’re not co-located.Does anyone have any tips, tricks or strategies for how to best leverage ClickLearn in this type of environment? Did you train more of your team (business analysts) on how to take screen captures, or did you rely on a few central people (training admins) to replicate system steps and do the screen captures? I’d appreciate any insight anyone can share, and happy to share what we find helpful/useful as we progress through our project.Thanks in advance!

Hello,On some occasions, the assistant’s dialog box appears in locations that block the user’s view of the field being addressed by the assistant. I have noticed this will occur when I have the “Any row: Changed instruction to target selection of any row” toggle enabled for the step. See below for an example. I would prefer to have the dialog box appear in a position revealing the first column to the left of the page.

I would like to know how to view comments made by users on the recordings.

Hi there :)I am wondering if there is anyone who has experience with recording basic instruction videos in 1 language and replayed it from there into more than 10 languages? If so, how did your internal organization looked like and how was it set up? I would like the Group Title to be read out as part of the Videos. In the Written documents, the Group Title provides context for the following steps. I would also like to include this in the video, but I am not sure how to.

Hello Community;We are in the process of migrating to Attain, but for now we need to keep working on some old files in Studio (classic)  I have just returned to my previous company and I need to see the same files another author is using.  Can someone please tell me how we can do this until we have fully moved to Attain?

Are release notes posted prior to the next release, so users will know what’s coming?

I was recapturing my video and after that I was trying to press on the “stop recording” button and this appear. Do you guys know why it appeared? 

One of my users reports that after recording new steps, the new steps do not show up in the recording. Has anyone experienced this? CL 11.0.0.79 

Just started with ClickLearn.I’m looking to find the best way to capture transient windows, such as date pickers and dropdown menus.Are there any accepted best practices for this within ClickLearn?I was unable to find any docs that specifically address this issue.TIARobert

It used to be, when I went to the dashboard, I could see total page views and other information.  That no longer exists.  Did it get removed?  I was using to gauge how much interactivity we had in the training portal.

My colleague created an annotated screenshot and I need to edit the associated text, but I can’t seem to make the text editable...even in the Writer editor.  help?  I am only able to access the Annotation editor but the text is not in the actual screenshot.  

Is there a way to create a SCORM file and include a Test Me?
