Below is a screenshot of one step in my recording.   I am trying to figure out how can I move the text to show the ‘OK’  button that is on the page in NAV.   In this screen shot it is hot spotted with a red outline.This has happened on a few of my recorded steps.  If I use a larger monitor to display, this does not happen. Has anyone else had issues with this? Thanks, 

I am absolutely sure that this is an error in the set up of the structure but have been going around in circles so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.When I publish I am not seeing any error messages but also not seeing any of the content recordings that are in the folder, I am pretty sure it is something to do with the Structure set up which I copied from another project but failing miserably to get it to work.Thanks

Is it possible to define a forwarder for a IFS linkage to a language based URL for Clicklearn? In IFS pages it is possible to define a URL with parameters likepage/partcatalog/form?$filter=<fieldname> eq #USER_LANGUAGE#to jump to a clicklearn page we can modify this in IFS to<company-name>.partal.eu.clicklearn.com/publiccontent/<clicklearn_project>.<language_code>/<clicklearn_project>.htm?language=#USER_LANGUAGE#This should be forwarded to the language based Clicklearn URL.Does anyone have a solution for this idea? A second idea is to find a possibility to bring the placeholder #USER_LANGUAGE# into the URL on the IFS side. But this seems more complex.  

Hello, where is the data flow with ClickLearn Studio?As I understand:When Creating or opening a Recording or structure the file clrx/clsx ist stored on the local pc when Saving a Recording or Structure the file clrx or clsx is is stored in the clicklearn server When producing the html files, the data is created localy or on the server? when publishing the html files, the data is stored in a public or private space on the server? when sharing with a link we get a token-URL to which data?Can anyone bring light into this dark forest?

Our consultants have added and removed fields within D365 since we captured the steps in ClickLearn - is there a way to refresh without having to manually update the screenshots?

Is there a way to change the size of an image? We are using a one column format where the text is before the image. The image appears to be the same size that it was in a 2 column, side by side layout. Because we are using 1 column, we’d like to make the size of the image bigger. Is there a way to do that?

Hi,Sometimes when I record a step I am unable to move the crop to click area box. I can see the four headed arrow but no matter how I try I cannot get the dotted line box to move. Then sometimes on a different step it will work.  

Once the recording is published, the Test me function shows the subtitles and narration, making it less challenging for the user. Is there a possibility to hide the subtitles and narration only in the Test Me function?

I have changed the color of my mouse pointer/curser in hopes that it would record in the color I selected.  Is there any setting in ClickLearn that would allow this to transfer.  It would just make it easier to see for the ‘show me’ function on the recordings. Thank you, 

How can the following option in the Language templates be used?  

Instructions were provided a while back on how to create predefined chapters and notes using metadata in Classic. How can we do the same thing in Attain?  

How do you add metadata to a Word template? For instance, the name of the recording is displayed in the document using the reference ##NAME##.

Can you disable the voice over in the recordings and can you remove the text at the bottom of the videos?

@Morten 2 years ago I asked how to add a metadata field, such as Alternative Title, to a Word template. You said that capability was to come. I was wondering if this was possible now?
