We prepare materials for clients which they review and accept or request changes and we finalize. We would prefer not to include the feedback section on every CL product, but it seems to happen automatically -is there a way to remove it or prevent it from appearing?
I have created a test project with the starting languages English and Dutch. After finishing the replay, translating and editing part I decided to add a third (3rd) language (German). Unfortunately, after I published my project I started experiencing problems with the German language. If I press on a map it shows me an error “Oops!!! Something went wrong”
Hi all, We have the latest version of Clicklearn classic installed on a shared server, and it has been a few days now that the feature “publish” has disappeard !We tried everything, the system is also compliant with what it is mentionned here: We are running out of solutions. Any ideas on what we can do please ? Thank you !
The structure preview is coming as blank . but when i share the url and open in browser it works finethe user guide while starting a recording is also coming as blankthe Recorded video is also coming as blank. but if i save an move it to a structure it comes and i can see it in browser
What is the difference/rationale for two standard directories Common Assets versus Recording Assets? When I upload my templates (Word, PPT), and logo...which directory should they be placed? I want each project (and all associated recordings) to use the same assets. Also after I update and replace with new templates (and delete the old ones), I am finding the “view” still shows me the old templated version.
Currently, the default publishing template is the original template for a project (called “Project (default)”). We have created a custom template that we use for multiple projects and would like to have as the default. Is this possible? This will save us time when updating the structure of our projects, such as adding new recordings, sections, headers etc. as each of these new additions requires us to change the publishing template to our custom one. I complete a recording in English,then replay to get the French version (after setting up my UI to be in French). The translation of the tile “Funding Case Management” is “Gestion de cas de financement”, and since tiles are placed in alphabetic order, the placement of the tile is different in the French UI. This seems to cause issues because the replay repeatedly picks up the wrong tile (I have tried multiple times to get this corrected in my recordings.) I can’t even figure out a workaround since I need the screenshot of the correct French tile highlighted in red.
In the past I have been able to take the URL once published and give that to users to access the recording. Now it seems each of our users need to register for an account before they can view. I haven’t done anything different in the publish process.
From memory in Classic version you could select to include or exclude the produced content type such as PDF, Word, PPT, Videos. Is this possible in the new version please, say for example I only want to produce and publish PDF and ‘Watch Me’ video? I could not see the option to do this?
