Hi there,I am wondering if someone can please explain why the PDF document does not format the same way as the format created in the written editor?I take my time to make sure I am happy with the way the format looks while in the written editor.I then select Preview. The steps from the Preview page match the format in the written editor.From the Preview page, I select PDF and the format is different!I know some of our users like to print the PDF, so it is important that visually it is appealing and easy to follow. It becomes more work for me when I now have to return to the written editor and reformat it so the PDF is formatted in a way I am happy with.Because of this, it has added extra work for me and my team.in the PDF- spacing and bullets may look different words have extra spaces or not enough sentences that have a space between them in the editor are crammed together in the PDF as well as other smaller issuesCan someone please explain why this happens and if there is some sort of
Is there a way to add a hyperlink in a content block to a file located on our network? Example:\\network location\folder name\file name.pdf When using the “Link” function, it seems to only accept hyperlinks to Web addresses that contain “www”. I can enter the network location directly in the text block and it does show as a hyperlink. But it displays as the full path. I cannot give the link a name.
Hi! I have about 20 instructions where there are two files with the same instruction but one is in Swedish and one is in English. I’ve tried to copy the steps from the file in Swedish to the one in English but I am having some issues.Is there any way I can combine two recordings like this or am I bound to use the replay-function for one recording with multiple languages? I’m working in IFS Aurena and using Attain, and am wondering how best to capture fields with drop down information, or date fields. If I create my instruction and select values, then every time I run the assist it wants that same value to be selected.Is there a better way to handle these fields so that the end user can input their own values when running the assistant in IFS?Thanks in advance!
Dear community, from what I can see if one wishes to make a slight adjustment to a single recording the process of publishing is; Make Change to Recording and Save Go into Structure and make a minor change, then change it back, then Save This then allows to publish Clicklearn then takes 30+ minutes to republish all the content. Is my summary correct? surely there has to be a better way to instantly publish a content change that has no impact on the structure?Any ideas or am i missing something?
I enjoy watching Morten’s corner and love that Morten is able to record himself using CL. As training new employees, I would like to be able to record myself using CL instead of having to personally train each employee.Is this a software you use within CL that allows you to record yourself or do you use something else? Good morning,Is there a place to view the total amount of recorded module hours?We have a department that would like to use our modules, however they would like to plan how long it would take someone to view all the existing modules.Is there anywhere that I can see how many hours of recorded modules I have? We have multiple projects that are regularly being used by different users.Some of our modules are being used within each of those projects. Meaning the same module can be in 3 different projects.Is it possible to make a change in one module in one project and have the same module in a different project updated at the same time?It is very time consuming having to make the changes in each project.Lorie
Hello,On some occasions, the assistant’s dialog box appears in locations that block the user’s view of the field being addressed by the assistant. I have noticed this will occur when I have the “Any row: Changed instruction to target selection of any row” toggle enabled for the step. See below for an example. I would prefer to have the dialog box appear in a position revealing the first column to the left of the page.
