One of my users reports that after recording new steps, the new steps do not show up in the recording. Has anyone experienced this? CL 11.0.0.79 

Just started with ClickLearn.I’m looking to find the best way to capture transient windows, such as date pickers and dropdown menus.Are there any accepted best practices for this within ClickLearn?I was unable to find any docs that specifically address this issue.TIARobert

It used to be, when I went to the dashboard, I could see total page views and other information.  That no longer exists.  Did it get removed?  I was using to gauge how much interactivity we had in the training portal.

My colleague created an annotated screenshot and I need to edit the associated text, but I can’t seem to make the text editable...even in the Writer editor.  help?  I am only able to access the Annotation editor but the text is not in the actual screenshot.

The first time we upload a word template to the common assets of a project, the template is applied. Whenever we make changes to the template and update the new document in common assets, the changes do not show up. What are we doing wrong?

Is it possible to have CL produce a screenshot with a border framing the shot?See in excerpt below, on the right side of the screenshot is white which makes it indistinguishable from the background.

Hello together,how I can remove references in the webpage sidebar? The field does not come until it is published. I didn’t find it in the template settings. Thanks!

I am using 2 monitors, 1 as my main screen for click learn and recording IFS, and another to read the script for what I should be doing. After recording, Click Learn also captured the second monitor. How do I only capture and record 1 screen?

We prepare materials for clients which they review and accept or request changes and we finalize.  We would prefer not to include the feedback section on every CL product, but it seems to happen automatically -is there a way to remove it or prevent it from appearing?

I have created a test project with the starting languages English and Dutch. After finishing the replay, translating and editing part I decided to add a third (3rd) language (German). Unfortunately, after I published my project I started experiencing problems with the German language. If I press on a map it shows me an error “Oops!!! Something went wrong” 

Hi, is there an easy way of editing a scenario where you can take out information.  Eg: On the top of the screen it captures the browser which I don’t require, I have tried in the image area to crop but that doesn’t seem to work. Thank you

What are the advantages/disadvantages of using the Group function vs. an Annotated Screenshot in Attain?

Can you save a common icon in to the recognition library? and if so how? We are running on the newest version Attain. 

The structure preview is coming as blank . but when i share the url and open in browser it works finethe user guide while starting a recording is also coming as blankthe Recorded video is also coming as blank. but if i save an move it to a structure it comes and i can see it in browser 

What is the difference/rationale for two standard directories Common Assets versus Recording Assets?  When I upload my templates (Word, PPT), and logo...which directory should they be placed? I want each project (and all associated recordings) to use the same assets. Also after I update and replace with new templates (and delete the old ones), I am finding the “view” still shows me the old templated version.

Currently, the default publishing template is the original template for a project (called “Project (default)”). We have created a custom template that we use for multiple projects and would like to have as the default. Is this possible? This will save us time when updating the structure of our projects, such as adding new recordings, sections, headers etc. as each of these new additions requires us to change the publishing template to our custom one. Thanks, Nickia

Is it possible to include an image inside the Text Content Block?  In some cases, we’d like to include an icon next to the text. Example: 

right now the text in a content block is black. is there a way to change the color of the font?

I am trying to crop and annotate an image; the crop was finalized and accepted but I was unable to see any automatic annotation functions?  

I complete a recording in English,then replay to get the French version (after setting up my UI to be in French).  The translation of the tile “Funding Case Management” is “Gestion de cas de financement”, and since tiles are placed in alphabetic order, the placement of the tile is different in the French UI. This seems to cause issues because the replay repeatedly picks up the wrong tile (I have tried multiple times to get this corrected in my recordings.)  I can’t even figure out a workaround since I need the screenshot of the correct French tile highlighted in red.
