Hi,I've updated the title of my recording, but when I go to the structure, the new title isn't appearing. I removed the analyzer and tried again, but the updated data still isn't showing up.

Interactive Hotspots on Images

Hi all,is there a way to place multiple hotspots on an image and add interactions, so that hovering over highlighted points displays a description?I assume this isn't currently possible, but is there any other way to represent this kind of information, or is it planned for the future?Thanks for your feedback.Br,Hona

Guide for iphone

So we have tried making a guide for iphone but have hit a roadblok in that using screenshots the background when watching the video contains image of a word dokument.It is belived this stammers back from when the guide was created as it had to start with a recording, the recoding have been deleted from the guide and now only the screenshots remain but in the video guide the recording is still there and it enlarges the area making it very hard to see the iphone screenshots.Anyone who has tried a similar concept or has an idea how to fix it?

Learning Paths - Creating and Assigning

Hi allI would like to be able to produce a ‘learning path’ or course of resources that I could assign to (for example) a new staff member.I imagine I could achieve this by inserting a section for “New Staff content” into my structure, then copy the items from my existing structure into this new section.However, I’m wondering if there is another way to define a ‘course’ or ‘learning path’ that may be assigned to users? Set up "Text-to-speech" Timing DURING as default?

How do I allow special charachters in my notes or document for explaining formulas?

How can I format special characters the text, in the current version of ClickLearn, without going to the HTML editor to do it? I have a large document which need to be styled like this. In addition I would like to show the following characters in Italics and bold: Formula: {10 * ((9*2) / (8-5))} OR [(12x-15y) * (3x-8Y)] I know the new version will allow for this but we need this now already please. Any ideas?

Auto populate URL on UXP browser extension

Does anyone know if there is a way to pre-populate the URL in the UXP Browser extension? We’re planning to deploy the extension to 300+ users and would prefer it to be as automated as possibleI’ve tried searching the registry and user profile settings/extension settings but can’t see where this could possible be set

Can I edit where the Mouse points on the Show Me Video?

I have been creating guides which are ok in pdf form but when they are in video form, the mouse is often in the wrong place on the screen, doesnt always go to the button I am expecting it to, so invariably feels confusing. Is this just me not editing correctly or is there a way to post edit the mouse location on screen?

When I download a PDF copy of my ClickLearn recording, I get the video copy with the extra verbiage for my Notes plus the actual note instead of the Written version which has the note included. I have different copies of the notes, one for written editor and one for video editor but the pdf copy prints the video copy. I hope this make sense to someone.

Hiding Sensitive Information - Video Editor

I’ve recorded some instructions and masked sensitive information in the written editor using the blur option on the image. However, the sensitive information isn’t masked on the Video editor screens/version.I need to ensure my videos have staff names blurred, and I cannot find how to do this masking in the video editor. I have searched online and cannot find this information. ThanksScott

Clicklearn editing steps

Hi All, We have been using clicklearn to record IFS processes. We were early on advised that editings steps directly could impact clicklearns ability to “replay” content, and update it with future iterations. as such we’ve been using “Note” sections to add notes in, but we’re still left with a number of steps with unclear information to the common user that we don’t want to remove in case it affects the replayCan you please provide clarity in what we can and can’t edit in terms of steps that will affect the replay tool to help enhance our user experience? How do you update the ClickLearn Native Messaging Host?

I have got two authors who are receiving the error “Please make sure to update the ClickLearn Native Messaging Host” and when trying to record from IFS10 Aurena using Chrome, the green box is only highlighting the whole screen rather than individual screens.I have tried removing and re-adding the ClickLearn Chrome Connector but the same message appears.Also, I have been able to log on myself and create a recording successfully.We are using ClickLearn Attain and I can’t seem to find anything about how to update the Native Messaging Host.Does anyone know either how to update the Native Messaging Host or what else to do to resolve this error please?

Red Highlight Boxes Missing in Show Me

HiI’ve just completed my first recording and edit, then I published successfully.I’m wondering if I can have the red highlight boxes display in the video guides, as well as the written guides? Not sure if there is a setting for this?Also, is there a way to add a ‘glow’ or other enhancement to the mouse pointer in the video guide to make the mouse more obvious to users?Many thanks

Asset Upload - Size Limit?

Hi all - I’m new to the Community, and ClickLearn too.I’m trying to upload a large file (a training session recording made in Teams) as an asset into my project. The file is 1,500MB in size. I’ve tried to upload it as a recording asset a couple of times, but it keeps failing to upload. Is there a size limit for files that can be addded as assets in ClickLearn Studio?Many thanksScott

Exporting the full or part of the project structure en masse as PowerPoint files

In ClickLearn Attain, is it possible to be able to export the recordings within a project, or part of a project, en masse to individual PowerPoint files and, as a bonus, preserving the project structure via Windows folders — we are currently using the ClickLearn PowerPoint export files to help us with our review process. We’ve found the PowerPoint exports to be a great way to capture feedback from reviews, but exporting them has been somewhat onerous as it seems to be only possible individually…
