Issue with Select All button in IFS Cloud

I’ve got a recording where I search for a set of records and then for all of them that I’ve found I want to perform an action. I’m trying to use the Select All button in IFS cloud (see below screenshot) but this never seems to work in my recordings. I’ve tried moving the mouse position around but that doesn’t seem to help, the replay always fails.Is this a known bug or am I missing something?Is there another way to do an action on all records found in clicklearn without the API? I watched the API looping master class and while I’d love to do that, I don’t have access to the API. So I need to loop through a found set using the client, not using the API.For example in IFS Cloud:Find all purchase requisition lines given a specific filter Convert each purchase requisition line to a purchase orderI can’t figure out how to do that dynamically. I can easily do it if I have a set number of lines but if I want to do it for a variable number I can’t figure that out.Thanks for your help!

When editing our recorded course modules starting from the Written Editor, do we have to set up questions via Flow Editor in order for the Test Me and Try Me videos to function properly?

I have created a set of steps on Installing ClickLearn for our users. I have created this using screen shots and put them in a Word Doc. Is it possible to import that Word Doc into ClickLearn?Thanks Penny

Can ClickLearn record remote desktops?

Hi, I’m currently working for a client that only allows me to work via citrix and remote desktop, I need to create content for a software, but I can’t seem to get ClickLearn to record steps on the remote desktop even though its running on my laptop. Any advise?

Recording ClickLearn

I am going to be running some training for our Authors on how to use ClickLearn. I would love to use ClickLearn to record this process, however, my ClickLearn currently only records D365 Fin & Ops. How can I do this or do I need to use a third party product (which seems ironic) but also which one?Thanks Penny

Recording edits in Adobe Acrobat DC

Is there a way to record just certain fields in Adobe? I want to show a .pdf file and record which fields need to be edited, but when I start to record I can only capture the entire document. I know that I can edit the size of the image in ClickLearn to show just a portion, but this is not what I wanted to do.

How can I batch edit all steps to show entire screen?

Is there a way to edit all input screen captures to show the entire screen? As of now, they are all set to “Crop to click area”. When you have over 250 steps, it would be useful to set some properties as a batch to the whole file.

image editor changes are not visible in the editor

I have some images in which the red highlight is not in the correct location. I was able to use the image editor to move it to the correct place however, the recorded image still shows it incorrectly. Is there a way to fix the image to reflect the change?Thank you

Does the ClickLearn Assist URL need to be updated every time new recordings has been published?

Hi ClickLearn,After having published the newest recordings and verified that they are available in the ClickLearn Portal, the same new recordings are not available for use in the ClickLearn Assistant in the IFS Cloud environment.Do we need to update the ClickLearn Assistant URL to get the newest recordings included in the ClickLearn Assistant?It looks like the new URL is the same URL as the existing one in the “ClickLearn Assist Configuration”?Br Hans

Unable to log in to ClickLearn Studio after installing latest version 11.0.0.81

I am unable to log in after installing the latest ClickLearn Studio version 11.0.0.81.I updated my password to see if it helps, but no luck.The same, new password works to log into other ClickLearn pages, like Community. 1st error in ClickLearn Studio: “Username not found”, even though it should be the same as used in e.g. Community? 2nd error when trying to reset my password: “Email does not exist in our system”It is the only email I have and is ofcourse used to log into Community

How to connect ClickLearn to LDAP Active Directory

I am currently attempting to establish a connection between our Active Directory user system and ClickLearn software. The objective is to eliminate the need for manual addition of individuals to ClickLearn whenever new employees join our organization. Given our substantial workforce, creating individual accounts for each employee would be a time-consuming task.

Hi, I am trying to make it so some people who I invite only have view access. I do not want them to be able to add recordings or edit recordings or make projects or anything, I just need them to be able to view projects and recordings. Is that possible?

Replace corrupt image must be done in ALL the used language options?

Hello ClickLearn.While moving 7 completed recordings to the folder they are to be published from, 4 of them had an image that became corrupted and needed to be replaced.We are using 3 languages in our recordings. When the image had been replaced, it had to be done in the other 2 languages as well??Why isn’t the image added to all 3 languages in the same recording?Is there a planned fix for this?If not, I’ll have to replace the image 3 times in each of the 4 recordings? Can I add more steps via FSM recordings, to a session that was developed earlier?

I have a clicklearn project and would like to extend it with additional steps obtained from it capturing my FSM workflow. I see in the project the ability to add a step but the only option is to add a content block style. That is, not able to have it simply continue the recording and screen grabs, from FSM. Can you help?

Action Triangle: Windows Video

When publishing my recordings as a Windows Video (MP4), the field which needs to be clicked on does not have a red square around it, like it does in other formats.I have ticket a box in the setting called ‘action triangle’ as shown in the image, assuming that this was what was missing, but still no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you have different Word Doc Templates?

Hi guys! My question is a bit more involved than the title suggests. I’d like users to be able to download the full portal as a PDF using Word template A.I would also like users to be able to download the individual recordings as PDFs using Word template B. Is this as simple as setting a different publishing template on the recordings? Thanks :)

Hello ClickLearn Community, how are the menu items “Dashboard” and “Content Tracking” supposed to be used? Do you need any specific requirements to use them (i. e. admin-role)? What are all the functions? I couldn’t find any help or guide to use these tools.I think my data basis isn’t useful to work with yet. So an explaination or tutorial with own examples would be very helpful, since I can’t check it on my own.
