Hi allI would like to be able to produce a ‘learning path’ or course of resources that I could assign to (for example) a new staff member.I imagine I could achieve this by inserting a section for “New Staff content” into my structure, then copy the items from my existing structure into this new section.However, I’m wondering if there is another way to define a ‘course’ or ‘learning path’ that may be assigned to users? Happy to be redirected to the ClickLearn Universe - just couldn’t locate Kind regardsScott

Hi - I’m relatively new to ClickLearn and am looking to make my Portal look welcoming to users. Are there example screenshots of ClickLearn portals and templates that can demonstrate what ClickLearn portals are capable of?Mine is quite plain at present and I’ve added my logo, but it’s still pretty uninspiring! I’m not sure if that’s all I can acheive...

How can I format special characters the text, in the current version of ClickLearn, without going to the HTML editor to do it? I have a large document which need to be styled like this. In addition I would like to show the following characters in Italics and bold: Formula:  {10 * ((9*2) / (8-5))} OR [(12x-15y) * (3x-8Y)] I know the new version will allow for this but we need this now already please. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if there is a way to pre-populate the URL in the UXP Browser extension?  We’re planning to deploy the extension to 300+ users and would prefer it to be as automated as possibleI’ve tried searching the registry and user profile settings/extension settings but can’t see where this could possible be set 

I have got two authors who are receiving the error “Please make sure to update the ClickLearn Native Messaging Host” and when trying to record from IFS10 Aurena using Chrome, the green box is only highlighting the whole screen rather than individual screens.I have tried removing and re-adding the ClickLearn Chrome Connector but the same message appears.Also, I have been able to log on myself and create a recording successfully.We are using ClickLearn Attain and I can’t seem to find anything about how to update the Native Messaging Host.Does anyone know either how to update the Native Messaging Host or what else to do to resolve this error please?

Hi all - I’m new to the Community, and ClickLearn too.I’m trying to upload a large file (a training session recording made in Teams) as an asset into my project. The file is 1,500MB in size. I’ve tried to upload it as a recording asset a couple of times, but it keeps failing to upload. Is there a size limit for files that can be addded as assets in ClickLearn Studio?Many thanksScott

In ClickLearn Attain, is it possible to be able to export the recordings within a project, or part of a project, en masse to individual PowerPoint files and, as a bonus, preserving the project structure via Windows folders — we are currently using the ClickLearn PowerPoint export files to help us with our review process.  We’ve found the PowerPoint exports to be a great way to capture feedback from reviews, but exporting them has been somewhat onerous as it seems to be only possible individually…

In Attain, is there a way to export a list of project recordings (see example below) along with the associated meta data? Example:

Where does the feedback and comments go? How do we access this?

When I insert a new content block of text side by side with an image and upload the image, it looks fine in the written format but in the video, my smaller screenshot is overlayed on top of whatever the last screen captured by video. In this shot, I’m trying to highlight how to use a lookup tool so added a Windows screenshot with annotations that I uploaded and put into a new Text Block. This is what I see when I play the video: my screenshot floating over the last video screen, which isn’t what I wanted.I assumed adding a new content block inserted the whole block and would take up the whole screen in the video, similar to how it looks in the written format.Any thoughts on how I can achieve a full screen new text block with image?Thanks,Andy​​​​​​​

The first error is new to me.  I have no idea what setting needs to be updated in the Publishing Template.   I have found the Voice Setting and have changed it twice to a different voice but still getting the same error. 

Is there a scheduler in ClickLearn to plan test runs on VMs without having to start them manually? I’d like to run certain tests for different processes every night. If not, what is your recommendation how to automatically trigger tests?

Is it possible to define a forwarder for a IFS linkage to a language based URL for Clicklearn? In IFS pages it is possible to define a URL with parameters likepage/partcatalog/form?$filter=<fieldname> eq #USER_LANGUAGE#to jump to a clicklearn page we can modify this in IFS to<company-name>.partal.eu.clicklearn.com/publiccontent/<clicklearn_project>.<language_code>/<clicklearn_project>.htm?language=#USER_LANGUAGE#This should be forwarded to the language based Clicklearn URL.Does anyone have a solution for this idea? A second idea is to find a possibility to bring the placeholder #USER_LANGUAGE# into the URL on the IFS side. But this seems more complex.  

Hello, where is the data flow with ClickLearn Studio?As I understand:When Creating or opening a Recording or structure the file clrx/clsx ist stored on the local pc when Saving a Recording or Structure the file clrx or clsx is is stored in the clicklearn server When producing the html files, the data is created localy or on the server? when publishing the html files, the data is stored in a public or private space on the server? when sharing with a link we get a token-URL to which data?Can anyone bring light into this dark forest?

What is an Auto Icon and how is it used?  

Is there a way to change the size of an image? We are using a one column format where the text is before the image. The image appears to be the same size that it was in a 2 column, side by side layout. Because we are using 1 column, we’d like to make the size of the image bigger. Is there a way to do that?

WE are getting an error - see below - have logged a supoport ticket and called the help desk. This is Time critical for us, we go live on Monday 5th August and need to have our Learning Portal working for all of our new users. PLEASE HELP ! 

Is it possible to change the order of the recordings in the editor mode? For example, I want the screenshot to be before ‘Click on Personal Information’ below. Thanks in advance!  

We have many recordings that we would like to save as PDFs. Is there a way to do this in mass instead of having to each one separately? thanks

I have changed the color of my mouse pointer/curser in hopes that it would record in the color I selected.  Is there any setting in ClickLearn that would allow this to transfer.  It would just make it easier to see for the ‘show me’ function on the recordings. Thank you,
