I have a clicklearn project and would like to extend it with additional steps obtained from it capturing my FSM workflow. I see in the project the ability to add a step but the only option is to add a content block style. That is, not able to have it simply continue the recording and screen grabs, from FSM. Can you help?

When publishing my recordings as a Windows Video (MP4), the field which needs to be clicked on does not have a red square around it, like it does in other formats.I have ticket a box in the setting called ‘action triangle’ as shown in the image, assuming that this was what was missing, but still no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi guys! My question is a bit more involved than the title suggests. I’d like users to be able to download the full portal as a PDF using Word template A.I would also like users to be able to download the individual recordings as PDFs using Word template B. Is this as simple as setting a different publishing template on the recordings? Thanks :)

Hello ClickLearn Community, how are the menu items “Dashboard” and “Content Tracking” supposed to be used? Do you need any specific requirements to use them (i. e. admin-role)? What are all the functions? I couldn’t find any help or guide to use these tools.I think my data basis isn’t useful to work with yet. So an explaination or tutorial with own examples would be very helpful, since I can’t check it on my own.

I am trying to make an APT using ClickLearn on IFS APPS10, but it seems that the screenshot used in the APT flow to scrape data is not able to scrape data from within a tab.For example, in the below screenshot, I want to scrape the data within the “Opportunity Lines” tab, such as the ones highlighted within the red rectangles. When using the screenshot in a fork, it doesn’t recognize these fields and won’t let me click on them to scrape their data.It seems to recognize the entire pane where the Opportunity Lines are as one object, not the individual fields within it - note the blue rectangle around the entire area in the below image:Is there any way I can force the screenshot to scrape this data? Or is this perhaps a bug only on my end?

Hello Everyone, Could someone point me to some documentation that explains how the “Target Open for Editing” option is used when editing the text on a recording step?

I’m not sure if there is something i’m missing. The format of output to powerpoint seem off to me. When using a textblock with the option “inline next” before a screenshot i expect the powerpoint to show both of these steps in the same slide, just like you see them in the browser.  Recording editorThe textblock shown in blue with the option “inline next”.The screenshot shown in green. The two steps shown on the webAs expected the two steps are merged when viewing on the web. The % sign is some kind of operator in ClickLearn.  If you enter the text: Enter %023017%to find all parts where the description contains 023017. The result is:Enter lick on the field Description23017%to find all parts where the description contains 023017. Is there an escape character or something I can put before my first % sign so ClickLearn doesn’t do whatever it is doing with the percent sign that results in the jumbled text?  I’ve tried quotes and a few other things.  Double percent signs, etc.  And here is the result with the first percent sign removed.  

Had some weird behavior from ClickLearn this week. Users who previously were able to use the app had the app blocked by both Windows Defender and Trend Micro Security. Once whitelisted in Trend Micro, Windows Defender still blocked it. If “Run Anyway” was selected in Defender, ClickLearn opened but did not function properly. Editing existing recordings only produced empty steps. New recordings failed to open for edit. Then closed down ClickLearn and reopened. No Windows Defender warning. Functions worked fine in the app. Anyone else have this problem?

I have had problems with catching custom elements, spent hours on trying to figure out different approaches to get around this issue. At this point i’m wondering if clicklearn can capture any data from the customization layer at all?  The green rectangle still shows up on those elements, and it is able to save a screenshot etc. But it looks like non-standard UI element data cannot be caught by clicklearn at all.  Is there any documentation on the data editor in the picture below? I dont know how clickearn interacts with IFS during assist or replay, but my guess is that it is parsed and filtered. There has to be a way to use regex or some kind of wildcard character to substitute data.  I want to reach out to other users here, have you had similar problems? Did you solve them?  Thanks

Hi,we are going to use the O365 authentification to access the published content.After having published the content and clicking on “O365” in the sign in window we receive a window with the approval request.My question is - what have our O365 admins to do?Any preparation needed?Is there any documentation available? 

I’m new to clicklearn and have (I think) searched for answers to this unsuccessfully, hopefully I’m not asking something that has already been addressed.I would like to significantly customise the learning portal, to resemble closer to a business process management model, which clearly indicates which step of a process a user is up to. Usually displaying this as left to right, and possibly with graphical representations of each step, and linking to the relevant recording.While I understand the current tree structure is theoretically representing similar information, I don’t think that it makes it as clear or as obvious to beginner end users.Is this possible? either via templating or the custom CSS?

Hi all, We have made a nice video for our offshore users, which we would like to be able to add to our Offshore Learning Portal. This portal currently contain all kind of other trainings video’s, and now we want to add the IFS video’s there as well. Is there a way to download the “show me” video so we can upload that into our Offshore Learning Portal?  

In Attain, occasionally a recording will show as being checked-out even though no one chose to check it out. What causes a recording to be checked-out?

I’ve heard for months that ClickLearn is the answer to the support shortage in the IFS community. I heard that there were over 2,000 tutorials related to IFS in ClickLearn. I was excited to gain access! I have access now. I’m grossly underwhelmed. Our organization has spent over $24,000 USD to date. We have 5, maybe 7 training documents that have been generated through ClickLearn before  “the laptop” assigned to ClickLearn was hidden from view.  New to the organization, I’m desperate to blow the doors off of IFS. What am I missing? Please point me in the right direction and I’ll be a huge fan. I’m sold on the concept, just finding empty search results….

Hi. I’m trying to use ClickLearn to develop tests for IFS Apps 10 on the Aurena client. When I take a screenshot and then use a fork to react off of a field on the screenshot, I am getting inconsistent results. The fork is not always able to find the fields. In this case it’s the Site I’m trying to capture. There’s a blue outline it gives to show what it can see and even that outline seems messed up. Kind of hard to describe but I’ll include a gif to show what I mean.Is there something I’m missing. From what I’ve seen in the videos, this seems very easy to do. Do I need to add something to my browser for the screenshot to work consistently?

Lets say I have a video clip called ”A” in project 1, I have referenced in another project called 2. Now i realise calling the clip A dosent make sense so I change it to “B”, but in project 2 it is still called A. This makes it hard to keep track of where clips comes from. Is there something I am missing to fix this or is just an unfortunately “feature”?

I am sure this is quite simple, but as I can’t find the answere anywhere then I will ask.Where are trying to move the instruction text which are currently on the left of the screenshots in both Word and PDF, I would like to have it abouve the image as that would allow the image to be wider and bigger. Where and how can I do that?

We are using Attain to display Work Instructions in IFS and everything works great.  However, in tthe published documents, there is a “toolbox” that is displayed on the right-side.  These are links that allow for the expected functionality, but the “PDF” option under the Downloads header does not do anything; click and no effect.  This seems to have worked in the past, but recently stopped working (or at least was observed to not be working).  Is this a known issue? And how can it be fixed?
