My new recordings are not visible in the structure.When I generate the link from the structure to share training guides, new recordings don't appear in the link even in the structure preview, I would like to know how to refresh the structure to how the newest contents?Thanks for your help.

When using Replay you would like to change the input recorded before in an input field in the recorded application. However, While recording, ClickLearn did nog define that field as an input field, so you cannot change any text that was entered before. How can I change the type of field. CoPilot states that it is possible does not tell exactly how. Yes, using custom scripts but I don’t know how.

So far, I've found that the tool functions smoothly for web-based applications, effectively capturing screens and providing instructions based on mouse movements and clicks.However, I've encountered some difficulties when using ClickLearn with Windows-based applications, particularly with capturing screens from the installation wizard of my application. My goal is to document all the installation steps and create a comprehensive installation guide, but I'm struggling to capture the installation screens and any overlay screens such as pop-ups that require user action.I'm wondering if there are any restrictions or limitations when using ClickLearn with web-based applications. Any advice or suggestions on overcoming these challenges would be greatly appreciated.Additionally, I have my application installed on a server, and I've also installed ClickLearn on the same machine. We have several process’s that do not require live assist and we are having trouble if users activate the live assist. Is there any way to turn it off for a single recording?  Best Regards  Barry

Hello! I am wondering how I can change the language of the section title in the structure. Right now there is only the German title available, but I would like to switch between English and German. The same with the titels of the recordings...How can I fix this?Thank you and best regards,Valerie

Hello together, in ClickLearn Studio there is a function to import a structure with Excel-Data. I tried this with following Excel-Sheet (exported before from an example):ClickLearn Studio shows then a message on the Window buttom:But there is no structure imported. I didn’t find any information in the documentation.Do I need different Excel-Columns for correct importing?Best regards,Eduard 

When I try to publish I get 40+ warnings and I can’t figure out what the warnings are telling me nor can I find anything in community to help me. See errors below. Thanks Penny 

I’ve tried to publish several times the content but after doing so, I go to the Content Portal and it doesn’t show any of the new recordings I’ve tried to previously publish.  It seems as if, the Content Portal doesn’t change at all, and doesn’t add or remove anything that I do in ClickLearn Studio.   This started happening since the new version came out.

I’ve got a recording where I search for a set of records and then for all of them that I’ve found I want to perform an action. I’m trying to use the Select All button in IFS cloud (see below screenshot) but this never seems to work in my recordings. I’ve tried moving the mouse position around but that doesn’t seem to help, the replay always fails.Is this a known bug or am I missing something?Is there another way to do an action on all records found in clicklearn without the API? I watched the API looping master class and while I’d love to do that, I don’t have access to the API. So I need to loop through a found set using the client, not using the API.For example in IFS Cloud:Find all purchase requisition lines given a specific filter Convert each purchase requisition line to a purchase orderI can’t figure out how to do that dynamically. I can easily do it if I have a set number of lines but if I want to do it for a variable number I can’t figure that out.Thanks for your help!

When editing our recorded course modules starting from the Written Editor, do we have to set up questions via Flow Editor in order for the Test Me and Try Me videos to function properly?

I have created a set of steps on Installing ClickLearn for our users. I have created this using screen shots and put them in a Word Doc. Is it possible to import that Word Doc into ClickLearn?Thanks Penny

Hi,  I’m currently working for a client that only allows me to work via citrix and remote desktop, I need to create content for a software, but I can’t seem to get ClickLearn to record steps on the remote desktop even though its running on my laptop. Any advise?

I am going to be running some training for our Authors on how to use ClickLearn. I would love to use ClickLearn to record this process, however, my ClickLearn currently only records D365 Fin & Ops. How can I do this or do I need to use a third party product (which seems ironic) but also which one?Thanks Penny

Is there a way to record just certain fields in Adobe?  I want to show a .pdf file and record which fields need to be edited, but when I start to record I can only capture the entire document. I know that I can edit the size of the image in ClickLearn to show just a portion, but this is not what I wanted to do.

Is there a way to edit all input screen captures to show the entire screen? As of now, they are all set to “Crop to click area”. When you have over 250 steps, it would be useful to set some properties as a batch to the whole file.

I have some images in which the red highlight is not in the correct location. I was able to use the image editor to move it to the correct place however, the recorded image still shows it incorrectly. Is there a way to fix the image to reflect the change?Thank you

Hi ClickLearn,After having published the newest recordings and verified that they are available in the ClickLearn Portal, the same new recordings are not available for use in the ClickLearn Assistant in the IFS Cloud environment.Do we need to update the ClickLearn Assistant URL to get the newest recordings included in the ClickLearn Assistant?It looks like the new URL is the same URL as the existing one in the “ClickLearn Assist Configuration”?Br Hans

I am unable to log in after installing the latest ClickLearn Studio version 11.0.0.81.I updated my password to see if it helps, but no luck.The same, new password works to log into other ClickLearn pages, like Community.   1st error in ClickLearn Studio: “Username not found”, even though it should be the same as used in e.g. Community?    2nd error when trying to reset my password: “Email does not exist in our system”It is the only email I have and is ofcourse used to log into Community     

Can I add someone to my project team later after setting up the project, or is this only available during the initial setup?

I am currently attempting to establish a connection between our Active Directory user system and ClickLearn software. The objective is to eliminate the need for manual addition of individuals to ClickLearn whenever new employees join our organization. Given our substantial workforce, creating individual accounts for each employee would be a time-consuming task.
