My question is , if the project is already published on share point and you make some changes. what's the process to re publish the updates?Will that recompile the whole project or just the changed bit can be rebuplished?

My new recordings are not visible in the structure.When I generate the link from the structure to share training guides, new recordings don't appear in the link even in the structure preview, I would like to know how to refresh the structure to how the newest contents?Thanks for your help.

ClickLearn Recording Saved but not updated

Hello,one of our authors spent about 3 hours editing his recording. He saved as he went along. This content had not yet been published. His laptop re-start itself (pesky Microsoft updates) and all of the work he had completed was lost. His recording only showed what was there when he started his 3 hour edit.The activity logs don’t even show that he had been in the recording at all for over 2 weeks but he was working on it 5 days ago.Is there anywhere that this update recording could be? After all he saved it multiple times. Our authors are very busy and we can’t afford for them to be losing 3 hours worth of work. This is not the first time that this has happened to this particular author.Thanks Penny

Unable to edit a field in Data editor which requires input from user

When using Replay you would like to change the input recorded before in an input field in the recorded application. However, While recording, ClickLearn did nog define that field as an input field, so you cannot change any text that was entered before. How can I change the type of field. CoPilot states that it is possible does not tell exactly how. Yes, using custom scripts but I don’t know how.

Uploading SCORM files from Click Learn to a LMS

When enabling the SCORM package within Click Lean, it appears to load the entire Learning portal into one SCORM file. When loading that SCORM file to an LMS, the file does not communicate correctly. Is there a way to load SCORM files individually for individual recordings within Click Learn? Thanks!

So far, I've found that the tool functions smoothly for web-based applications, effectively capturing screens and providing instructions based on mouse movements and clicks.However, I've encountered some difficulties when using ClickLearn with Windows-based applications, particularly with capturing screens from the installation wizard of my application. Not capturing clicks or hovers

I’ve tried recording a process multiple times but while it’s capturing the relevant screen section, it’s not capturing the areas I’m hovering or clicking on. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it. The process I’m trying to capture is tracking emails to Dynamics from Outlook. It captures the ‘To’ field and the D365 plug in and nothing from there.

Replay failure when scrolling to the right or to the left

Dear Community,Is there any tip to record or bypass a scroll because when replaying a record with a scroll, the replay gets failed at this step. For example, in IFS Cloud (23R2), in the purchase order lines screen, several data which are not in the visible area need to be completed. So, it requires to scroll many times on the right.Even if we delete the step corresponding to the scroll, the replay stopsThanks for your help

Linking to an Asset

Hi,I am trying to link to an Asset uploaded to my Common Asset folder via a hyperlink in a content block I can find the asset and link it (as per Christine’s Aspire tutorial) but as soon as I try to preview the recording I get an error to say the file is not found.Any ideas what is happening here? I have tried with both Word and PDF versions of the document and these files are definitely in the Common Assets folder and I can find them and link to them in the recording. Thanks Penny

Import Structure from Excel not working

Hello together, in ClickLearn Studio there is a function to import a structure with Excel-Data. I tried this with following Excel-Sheet (exported before from an example):ClickLearn Studio shows then a message on the Window buttom:But there is no structure imported. How to scroll when recording in BC?

Hey there, we are facing major problems when scrolling within BC. When I scroll via left click, ClickLearn cant replay this action. On the other hand, when I skip the scroll-action (since it does not work at all) ClickLearn scrolls from the left to the right, to the left, to the right.. It just does not stoo scrolling until it resigns and tells me that it could not find the field. Has anoyone here experience with recoring scoll actions within Business Central?

Can links be extended beyond 60days?

When creating a link to share; the only options are for it to be valid for either 30 or 60 days. Am I able to have a permanent link, or for longer than this? Thanks :)
