Hello all,I am wondering if there is a way to resize the (green) thumbnail image window after recording my scenarios? I’m trying to really hone in on what I want our users to see and would like to know if there is a way to make the green box smaller? Thanks in advance,Kori LeBlanc

Previously, when reviewing the feedback in the portal the most recent items would be displayed at the top. Reviewing this week that no longer seems to be the case. Instead it is showing them in order from oldest to newest. We would like to see the new feedback first and then be able to scroll for other feedback. It would also be nice if the date was shown with each feedback item. I am viewing this on the Dashboard in the Portal then comparing it with the oData export. We primarily use the Dashboard to monitor.

I am receiving the error message Click Learn can only record if display is 96 DPI (scale =100%)  and  my screen is at 100% and my setting is at 100%

Hi all, when replaying our ClickLearn recordings (for IFS10) we often have the problem that ClickLearn doesn’t find the next step (especially if there are drop down fields involved), so that we have to manually proceed with the next step to continue with the replay. Also the screens in the written version of the recordings often do not show the filled in values when there has to be filled a certain value into a certain field; in most of the cases it shows only the first character / number of the value. Due to our growing experience with ClickLearn we found out that these problems can be fixed by changing the “Replay pause” within the step editor when you open it using the developer role. To avoid having to do this for every step separately is there any possibility to globally set the Replay pause to a certain amount? Or is there some other solution for it which we haven’t found yet? Thank you very much in advance for your help! Best regards and have a nice day,Carina

HiIs it possible to crop the overall screen size that appears on the Try Me, Test Me videos. This is the area that has the purple line around it in the thumbnail editor.The screen areas in green and red are fine, but I do not what the area displaying my desktop to appear on the videos, which it currently does (see attached). 

Can you rearrange the metada columns in the list on the Recordings tab?

Have a client that is trying to create ClickLearn recordings early in the implementation process. Screen layouts are still changing, custom fields being added, etc. Also, the data is changing and security permissions sets changing. Will changes in all of these affect the ability to playback a recoding, or only some things? Is ClickLearn capable for instance of handling changing field location on a screen header or tab? Or any data changes since a recording was done, and now? What is the Best Practice? Wait until the system is more stable as regards to changes? Or start early, knowing they will have to update continuously perhaps depending on degree of changes?

Hi all. I’m working on the company website and wanted to add information about our clicklearn portal. I wanted to hear about what other Clicklearn folks had done and what our capabilities are.  Can we pull the login page to our website? Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to connect two or more recordings in one big recording. For example we have a recording how to create customer orders the other is how to proceed the customer order another could be how to invoice the customer order. Is it now possible to create a recording Customer Order Process with this tree recordings inside?Thanks, Bernd

Hey everyoneWhen expanding or collapsing a FastTab in Dynamics NAV 2017, ClickLearn does not capture the title of the FastTab. The produced instructions are: ‘Click the header Collapse’ or ‘Click the header Expand’.  It would be nice to have a reference to the title of the FastTab. For example, when expanding the General FastTab, ClickLearn could produce the instruction ‘On the General FastTab click the header Expand’ or something similar.  Does anyone know how to get a reference to the title of the FastTab?

When modifying different courses, I noticed the Create Date of the Clicklearn is updating to the modification date. Is there a way to prevent this, so the create date remains the date initially created?

What is the best way to identify or keep track of recordings that have been modified by other authors? Is there a way to identify what was changed; who made the change; and when the change was made?

I was looking to add a few extra steps to a recording, but the replay overwrote more than I intended. Is there a way to rollback the replayed steps? I produced the documents prior to the replay and have not re-produced with the new screens.

I am trying to modify some of the translations that are provided out of the box in ClickLearn. After I have used replay to capture the recording in a different language (German in my case), I open the recording, switch to German and double click on the step where I want to correct the default text in German.   IN the popup window, I click on the modify template icon:     In this case, the default translation says “Geben Sie Text...”, I would like to change this to “Geben Sie den Text...” which sounds better. According to the icon mouseover text, the entry in the current template is under the entry “Keyboard” in the template. But in the template, several top level entries are highlighted, and there are often several entries in the details, which have the same text. For ex.   My question to the experts here: how do I identify, which template items are to be translated for the given step? We are now adding a new user to Click Learn.  How can I share or have them share their recordings so we both can review?   Thank You

I want to set the Video Pause to "1" for all steps. Does anybody know if this is possible to configure in the Template (as a default value)?  

Does anybody know if it's possible to adjust the Mouse Point setting globally (in the Template)? I'm tired of correcting all the steps and would like to have the mouse pointer set to "Middle, center" as the default value.
